La Porchetta Frankston

Rang on a Saturday night at 5pm, couldn't get in anywhere, and they got us in straight away
We were really worried, because they had very few people at tables, whole every other restaurant seemed booked out. The restaurant smelled gorgeous
Ordered a Parma, a pizza and a gnocchi. The service was outstanding. Such a friendly hostess, she was great.
The pizza came out (original, you're welcome!) And it was so delicious. Just a simple pizza, but so tasty.
Then the mains were awesome as well. I have no clue why they had so few bookings, but their take away was really busy, and I couldn't be happier about our experience. Thanks for a great night

Great food and great service. Used to come here years ago, recently moved back to the area and goes to see things are still great

Ordered eggplant chips, pizza and pasta. Pizza came out 20 minutes after order, pasta and eggplant chips at least 40 minutes after those. Pesto sauce on pasta was oily with unpleasant taste. Eggplant chips easily the highlight.

Restaurant setting is the opposite of special, but I'm here for the pizzas. Been visiting for more than 20yrs. My favourite balance of quality, cost, consistency.

Well my daughter & I go almost every week & the food is always great & their mint choc chip ice cream is amazing & we always have an ice-cream each after every meal even on our delivery order

My mum brought us here a lot as kids. I’ve moved away and haven’t been here in years. I was visiting my mum and suggested that if laporchetta was still there we have dinner. Same friendly staff, same delicious food and same fantastic service after all these years.

Amazing service by a waiter named Matthew, super accomodating and quick to serve. Delicuous food, fresh and served asap! Thanks guys keep it up! So good to be out again!

Great service and decent vegan menu.
The only thing that was disappointing was how little sauce there was on the pizza and very little seasoning.
Also the Vegan Chik'n pesto pasta was good but the pieces of mock meat were ridiculously big.

We have been going to La Porchetta Frankston for years and have been really happy with the food until today. I bought take away of the same 2 pizzas we always have, and they were both horrible. When Basil is making the pizzas they are always the same and taste fantastic. Today there was someone else making the pizzas and they were almost inedible. They were nothing like what they usually are and gave both my husband and myself upset stomachs. I will not be going again unless I call first to make sure Basil is cooking.

The food and service was late, the meals (simple but pricey) were dry, tasteless, microwaved to death. Would not wish on my worst enemy, plus, dirty and unclean.

Great food, original friendly Italian owners, authentic and a fantastic menu with plenty of vegetarian/vegan options unlike most other places which are predominately meat everything:

- eggplant parmigiana
- spaghetti broccoli
- penne creamy pesto chick'n
- penne vegano
- spicy pesto chick'n pizza
- veggie patch pizza

Food was absolutely delicious. 10/10

I’ve been coming to this La Porchetta most of my life (26 years) and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the servings are generous, the food quality is consistently good, the service is quick, the price is fair and the menu is huge. They now offer a variety of vegan options, that are creative and well executed and greatly appreciated! The vegan pesto chick’n penne is incredible. Don’t overlook this La Porchetta when deciding where to dine out or get takeaway:)

40 mins waiting time, there is no other customers here, still need 40 mins waiting?

And me and my parents get stomach pain after half an hour

Ordered mushroom pasta, t bone steak and marinara pizza. Pasta was alright, steak was over done and hard to chew and the pizza was soggy. I'm sure they serve great food but today wasn't it.

Ordered Tortellini carbonara and garlic bread. Very nice. Taste is consistent with other La Porchetta stores I've visited.
The staff were fast and friendly. Not too bad considering it was Australia Day and most of the country had the day off.

Food sometimes is good but sometimes is not that good, maybe cooked by different chefs? They have increased a few time of their price after the new decorations had been done. Not so happy every time you will pay more as you order the same thing.

Enjoyed a large family birthday lunch, food was a winner across the board and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
