La Porchetta Frankston

Service was ok but clearly under staffed. My problem is with the food because when I got up the next day I had to run to the bathroom and drop my guts and felt sick as a dog all day. I used to come here all the time a few years back and now i would never come again

Pizza sometimes undercooked, like mushrooms looks like they put afterwards straight from the box. Please check before serving.
Meals are tasty, good size, but not enough sides. They offer only one sides… the price we paying should get us two sides.
Rest staff is great and helpful.

My friend and I visited yesterday and had a great time.
We had Gnocchi beef ragu, fettuccine beef ragu and cheesy garlic bread. Food was delicious and portion very generous. Price also very appropriate and we didn’t have to wait long for food to arrive.
I loved that we were able to choose from different forms of pasta and combine it with the sauce/flavours of your choice.
I also took the lasagna and the sticky date pudding as a takeaway order for my partner and it was very tasty too.
Our main waitress was an older lady, she was very kind and lovely. We enjoyed her service. All the other stuff was very friendly too.
Overall everything was fantastic and I will be visiting again!

Never seen this place so busy, winding back restrictions has been a winner for sure. Food is always consistent and the kids love it. Service is always friendly and good.

Really good Pizzas, love the pasta.
Grab a bottle of the lambrusco, light Italian red when you dine in.
There is parking around Frankston, though out the front can be a little hard. Often, spots around the back restaurant has a rear entrance.

This la porchetta is the best one I have been too. Keep up the good work you all are doing

On a 35 degree day they don't want to put the cooling on.ridiculous! No egg on an Aussie pizza and the carbonara should be on the soup menu. Really wouldn't want to go back, could spend the same money elsewhere for much better.

It's been a long time since we've been here. We enjoyed the food and drink, but we were there for the company. Staff were great even after they gave our table away (we were 15 min early). It was more a place to catch up with son #1 and his wife.

Highly recommend to dine here, service and staff are friendly. The food are delicious, purely Italian taste.

I’ve been going to La Porchetta for years this is the best one I’ve been too. The portion sizes are very generous and the quality is very good. Definitely no complaints here.

Great value, quick service. Try the French fries.best I have ever had! Extensive vegan meals and authentic italian options on the menu too. All good, we will be back!

Food was nice the lady was very apologetic they were understaffed with COVID around can not blame them. Took longer than expected but was nice to see that they are not stuffing up orders and dropping the food quality under pressure.

Great place, been coming here for 15years.
Your always welcomed politely, and staff are very nice.
It has to be one of my favourite places to eat out.
And of course food is always terrific.

I wonder how they survive. Pizza was probably the worst I have eaten in last 5 years. Paste bolognaise was not good as well. The only thing we liked was the dessert with dates. Service was also ok.

Very nice wait staff and good coffee but the restaurant itself needs a complete overhaul or at least a good clean. I felt as though I was going to stick to the floors. The food was meh not really sure how you can make a chicken Parma with no flavour but they did it.

Came in at 7: 30pm 26/01/22, only to be seated 15 minutes later. There were only 3 staff whom of which were running around trying to wait tables… Once we were seated, we waited an extra 20 minutes before asking a server to take our meal… really dysfunctional and not attentive. Waiters seemed like they were absolutely under the pump…and nothing against them. We ended up leaving as we were advised an additional 30min wait on pizzas…we went to grilled instead and they had plenty of staff willing to take our monies! The burger arrived in 10mins max, and sufficed our hunger! Do better guys!
