66Why they treating like this for uber drivers? They should not do uber if they treating like this.they preasure me to start the delivery before handing me the order.
Store manager is very rude. He don’t have any sense that how to talk with customers. I think the manager should be changed to get good reviews and keep customers happy. I will never go there again.
2 weeks ago we ordered a few take away pizzas from here and the mushroom pizza had a thick strand of hair in it which was a different colour to all our hair. Not wanting to create a scene in front of our fiends, I called the restaurant the next day and the lady offered to replace the pizza - although this seemed unwillingly as no apology was given and the tone was as if they were doing me a grand favour.
I let that pass but then yesterday while dining in we waited 12-15 minutes at the table before anyone even acknowledged us (no water, nothing and it was not busy but there was 1 very large group of approx 20 people - mainly children). I asked the closest team member in proximity (Ruby) if we could please have someone come over and take our order to which she replied “yes, but they are all busy at the moment” and she literally just walked off. The tone was rude, the attitude unnecessary and the words left a sour taste for our night out at the end of a long work week.
All I would say is train your staff to deal with people - just because this restaurant is in Cranbourne doesn’t mean you need to have poor service.
The rest of the evening was better and we had a lady named Bec take our order, she was friendly and helpful - although no one of the staff at this place seem like they actually want to be there ️
The food was ok, the service was ok, although it took them a while to get the icecream for the children. It seemed that some of the staff were a bunch of kids who didn't really care?
Reliable meal whether it's delivered, take away or dine in. Delivery generally takes 20-25 mins from time of order. Good value and tasty pizzas especially. Recommend the cheesy garlic bread.
