La Porchetta Cranbourne

Ordered the chicken Parma and chips to be delivered- rec’d stringy chicken, around 10 chips.

Also had the spaghetti. Clearly these people aren’t Italian or even close to a chef.

Wouldn’t waste my money again!

Had the seafood marinara. Wasn't very nice. Over cooked and chewy muscles and calamari
Service was good and place was clean

We booked in for a party of four which was okay however the food a not good. My partner ordered the lasagna and It was cold in the middle wasn’t even layered properly with all the mince on top and half cooked pasta sheets on the bottom. Have seen better pre made lasagna in the fridge at Aldi. Our other grievance was our desserts came out before our entree. I have worked in Hospo for five years and have never sent a dessert before anything else. Our only saving grace was a nice waitress who did apologise on behalf of kitchen and offered a refund on the lasagna. Really disappointed in my opinion either the line cooks need to step up there game and stop sending out cold food or the Head chef needs to go back and study quality control measures. On leaving the restaurant we where also almost over charged for a meal we didn’t order how ever looking over the docket we had to ask for refund #2. Thankful it was given to us however not thankful for this ordeal of a dinner service. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Just ordered 3 large pizzas 2 were greasy and the crust was soggy paid 70 plus dollars for this disgrace of a dinner not good enough

I love the place my family and I been there more than 5 times they have a delicious food and great quality service

Service was.good really quick food was nice fish platter for 2 wasn't great more salad than anything but pizza and breads were great staff was nice

NOT HAPPY CRACKED MY TOOTH IN A SALAD THAT HAD OLIVES IN IT. THE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN CARE I SHOWED HIM THE TOOTH. HE SHRUGED HIS SHOLDER AND SAID HE WILL MAKE THE KITCHEN STAFF TO CHECK OLIVES BEFORE SERVICE THE SALAD TO COSTEMER. NOT GOOD ENOUGH IT WILL COST ME INEXES OF $200.00 TO GET FIXED.

Our first time at La Porchetta Cranbourne tonight, and we left disappointed. To begin with, there seemed to be no consideration in regards to density limits, and a complete lack of social distancing between tables. Old blonde waitress (who I believe was the floor manager) was interacting and moving around without a mask, and was the only staff member doing so, which sets a poor example. Unfortunately this restaurant seems more focused on making a dollar rather than adhering to Covid regulations.

Secondly, the cider that my daughter received was lukewarm. It was presented with a glass, but no ice inside either to chill the drink. My son-in-laws lasagne looked like a dog's breakfast and lacked flavour. At first we thought we had received a bowl of bolognese sauce. People next to us requested to send theirs back as it was completely cold in the centre.

Service was fairly good, however the waitresses seemed pressured to get tables in-and-out. I understand it's a busy Saturday night, however customers still like to feel relaxed when they dine.

An unfortunate experience tonight, hence the 1 star rating (would give it 0 stars if I could). Plenty of fantastic restaurants around the area with flavoursome food, outstanding service, and strict adherence to Covid regulations, and La Porchetta Cranbourne is just not one of them. Do better La Porchetta.

This is my lasagna. And they got another person at my tables order wrong. Seating is so close together, it claustrophobic.

Changing my star rate from 3 to 1. We had a book in today and when we went in the lady was to rude to use the told us you guys have to leave by this time. Ok thats doesnt matter but the way she asked wasn't request nor she was polite and when we took a seat and then she keep on sending staff to take order I mean atleast we need few min to decide what to order. I think she was the manager not sure but not happy how she treated our guest and us.

Despite covid restrictions allowing only 75 patrons inside we estimated just over 100 guests.
Order taken at 6.40pm with the chicken parma arriving at 6.45 and very thin and dry.
7.25pm the other 3 pizzas we ordered arrived, all thin base as requested but all too soggy to eat with our hands.
The people behind us also got soggy pizzas.

When it came to pay we were asked how we enjoyed it. The person in front
Said that they got 1 of their pizzas wrong an the steak they ordered was well done instead of medium rre as ordered.
Numerous people entered the place ordered, paid and left with their pizzas whole we were sitting waiting for our orders.
Will we go back? Not a chance.

Just ordered the most grease oily pizza l have in my life the garlic bread was douie not crisp never go back go to kfc instead

This has to be the best
La Porchetta that we have visited. Their Pizzas are the best, awesome stringy cheese lol. Not to mention the very welcoming friendly staff. AAA+ from me

We had pizza, lasagne and chips for pick up.
Pizza and chips were ok.but lasagne was not la porchetta standard. I have had lasagne in the past and that was amazing.but the one I ordered for my pick up was sub standard.
No cheese, no bachemel.no flavour.
I have given two stars for pizza and chips.
For lasagne it's zero

Meals very good. Large sizes. Reasonable prices. Waiters very busy, was hard to get their attention but would defiantly return

I love the Cranbourne restaurant! The staff is friendly, the meals are delicious - I particularly like the Chicken Scallopini with white wine sauce. Even the house wine is pleasant. Robin (the Manager) has her finger on the pulse and doesn't miss a thing. I take my family there whenever we pass through. Keep up the good work!

Best pizza & customer service, I love pizza's, I have tried lots of them, my fav.place to eat pizza n pasta. Their pizzas are very tasty, great Crust. Quickly made, completely fresh and amazing customer service.i love their pizzas!:)

I love their pizzas. Their always hot and yummy when they get delivered. I always get pizza from there and no where else

I had a really bad experience in this store. The manager has very bad attitude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He was not wearing a face mask and when I made complaint about it, he becomes so angry on me and was pretended that he hasn’t done nothing wrong. Doesn’t know good customer service skills. These kind of people are spoiling the name of famous brands.
After I was about to leave he started arguing with a delivery driver.

I recommend you to not to go there. It is waste of your time and energy.

Ordered spaghetti meatballs, veal scallopini, seafod pizza and 2 desserts.
All were decent except for the dessrt. Lemon meringue was supposed to be a single entity but we recieved 2 slices of a cake which had no lemon flavour at all.
The volcano mud cake wasnt eve wrapped up. It was in a plastic container with no lid and was stuck to the plastic bag it was delivered in - very unhygienic.
