La Onda Latin Mex

I've tried Mexican food everywhere. We all have. Generally it's pretty much same same. Then I tried Mexican food in Texas and South Carolina.now they make great Mexican food. This little place in Dromana does just as good a job, if not better than the best I've had, and as an added bonus, they are really lovely people. Friendly and willing to please. Will be my GOTO for all things Mexican from now on.

Unfortunately the food didn’t have the authentic Mexican flavours, burrito was dry.also if you have a big group you have to sit outside, so if is a warm day, don’t bother.

Horrible food and even worst service. Food came out cold and they got our order wrong more than once. No apologies or anything. Absolute disgrace

Price quite high but taste so so, if someone says this is mexican taste then i would say 50 50.but customer service is too good.

This restaurant was a very dissapointing experience. Food was bland and EXTREMELY expensive.
Guzman y Gomez would have done the trick for less than half the price we paid here.
Never again!

Let me explain so that you are aware of our in-house processes, our Burritos are 'pre-made' on the same day, we cook rice, protein + prepare all fillings. With such a small kitchen + core staff we have to wrap our burritos before our very busy service. The size of the burritos is consistent with the price, we use high quality protein + produce add labour etc. I hope that this has offered you more information so that you understand how our restaurant is run. If you have an allergy please advise the restaurant staff you're visiting so that they can pass this essential info onto the kitchen. Not only you don't apologise for accidentally adding a piece of pig meat in their BEEF/CHICKEN meal, you don't even offer any sort of compensation like a free meal for next time to make up for your mess. Your response is very condescending and rude. Why would they say they are allergic to pig when they ordered a beef/chicken meal? Clearly your service and care is below 0, especially the way you responded. Learn to respect customers and not ripping them off with undeserved overpriced foods. Otherwise your shop deserves to be closed down.

Simply a beautiful Latin Restaurant! Food was so delicious! (Especially the Jalapeño Poppers) Everything was so good that we just wanted to dig in and I forgot to take more photos. The service was great! Thank you to the wonderful owner and the staff. Great experience! Will go back every opportunity we have. Definitely recommend

Fantastic authentic Mexican food from a family business. The owner stopped for a chat, and gave us some free tasters. We’ll be back.

Lovely place, The food is made with love and well presented. The owner is such a character, she will make you feel welcome like an abuela cooking you dinner. So so good

Starters and vibe at the beginning of our night were great. However, they forgot our mains and when we finally got them, they were cold. The chef was happy to make them again - but we were ready to leave. The service was a mess. Especially the lady/supervisor or hostess. She didn’t even apologise, didn’t offer anything to make us stay. We were disappointed and hungry.
