We had a small booking and the whole experience was really lovely - great atmosphere, easy to talk to friends while lounging in the comfortable couches, good drinks, and friendly staff. Absolutely no complaints at all and would go again.

It always concerns me when you order a cocktail off the menu and they need to look it up and then refer to it several times whilst making the drink. There wasn’t anything “wrong” with it but definitely nothing that would wow you. I would give this bar a miss. - in response to the owners message below. - given the bartender made comments about it being quiet recently and he hadn’t made this drink in a while he definitely wasn’t new.

So disappointing. Would not recommend this place. I booked a table INSIDE for a group 2 weeks in advance to be seated outside. The outdoor table barely fit 4 people when we had a group of 6. Also there were vacant tables inside and the bartender was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We would have spent more money if the service was better.

The outside area is still undercover, warm and looks like it's an indoor bar while being smoker friendly. Bar staff are fun and great at their drinks, although the menu didn't go into much detail of each cocktail, making it a bit of an adventure.

Went here last night for the first time. Booked due to COVID on line and booked the couch areas. Had a strict booking time of 90 minutes. Place looks great! The lounge couches took awesome and looks like a great place to chill. However was quickly disappointed when we went in and were ushered to the outside undercover area despite our booking. When we we questioned this, the bar tender said that is all they had and would not discuss the fact that we had made a booking for the lounge areas. Bar tenders we also unfriendly and disinterested. Once the lounge areas became available, we asked if we could move to them, only to be told that they were booked out still. That area we asked for remained vacant until we left. Would have spent more money at this establishment if we were treated well and respectfully. We turned it into more of a catch up with friends, one or two drinks and moved on. Poor Service and disappointing.

Great bartenders, and a manager who really cares about the place. Loved the vegan eggnog cocktail at Christmas time! Also the closing time song still brings back some good memories of times spent at the bar.

Please believe when I say that this place has the best happy hour prices in the city. The blogs and articles online don't even mention this place as one of the recommended spots. Trust me this place is best for your post work drinks.

Management was very accommodating with my celiac disease and the drinks were really good. Very chill vibe and a nice place to relax.

Pretty chill bar with nice vibe and good drinks though the bartender can come off pretty ignorant and the music is definitely too loud to talk.

The bar is one of the best places for a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your happy hour drinks. There is an intense sense of coziness that is evident from the warm fireplace that greets you once you enter the bar.

Went yesterday for a few drinks after dinner and just got the worst service I could get. The bartender was super rude to everyone for no reason (super quiet night). Got to the point that another group asked friendly if they could get their drinks from him (probably they don't go out very often) and he answered "Nah, I'm standing in here just for fun". Just after ordered my round of drinks I felt disgusted by how that man treats people. Had 1 drink and that was the last one.

A long time favourite. Great happy hour prices, spacious without feeling cavernous. Outdoor area is good for smokers. Women's toilets could do with an update. Normally a good set of staff, friendly. Good after-work crowd, no uptight or self-important suits
