Worst service ever received, no customer satisfaction. And the lady who was in the store on 8/08/2018 has no courtesy towards the customer.

The pizzas were ok but were a little salty. Overall the service was slow and when it come to paying the staff had a lot of difficulty taking our money.

The staff were more concerned in deliveries and were neglecting the customers that have taken the time to go to the shop.

Hopefully they will see this review and change their methods.

Used to be aussie lady with manners and awesome customer service but this indian boy actually abused me while i was placing the order in other language and when i asked for particular pizza which i usually get he said we dont have it really sad, when i asked the boys name he quickly passed the phone to staff jass who would not give me his name either very sad never gonna come back

Impossible to order a pizza from someone on the phone who doesn't speak English. When you ask to speak to someone else, they put on someone who cant add up their own menu!

Ate here today at about 12 midnight,
ordered the la casareccia special pasta with spaghetti, food came out and all the seafood was gooey, disgusting tasting sauce, presentation i give a 0, taste a zero, i only picked one star because theres no 0, seafood was off and stunk like old fish, really disrgaceful, complained inside and nothing was done and no one cared, never going back here, dont waste your time here at all, indian lookingchef brought food out and looked not interested and sleepy, overall i have to give a big 0, very disappointed1,

I actually really don't like writing bad reviews, but this takes the cake! We made a late night order from La Casareccia one night through Menulog, paid and normal via Menulog and waited.

The food arrived and was pretty substandard, but worse still, after going through the million questions and dipping sauces we had to choose, not one of those dipping sauces or gravy arrived, the chips were cold and the driver asked for my card again. I made the mistake of thinking he was just verifying the card, but I've just checked my bank to find I've been charged again, once by Menulog and once by the restaurant. I contacted Menulog and they told me they'll log a case for me, but to contact the restaurant as well, as this should speed the refund process up. I can see the restaurant has read my message (as they aren't open just yet) but haven't bothered to respond.

I'm guessing I'm going to have to lodge a disputed transaction with my bank to get my money back, which maybe that's what needs to happen, as this way, the business will get hit with a chargeback fee, but it's pretty disappointing. Especially since Menulog have told me that this business should know better than to be charging for orders that come through Menulog.

Definitely won't be going back to this place!

Only place open late and uses 4 diffrent business names be careful bubbles seafood, ghost pan pizza, blodies burgers ect.

Really dissapointed, one of the staff scold a customer with bad words and push him out. Caused customer asked his food. For me also they were rude and aggronant.

Good food but terrible customer service and management. The owner has no interest in maintaining your business if you dare complain: do yourself a favour and don't even bother.

Terrible delivery service!
Driver drove off after arriving 45minutes later than confirmed eta. Email and text confirmed delivery time and order took 45 minutes long. Wait time was over 1 hour for 2 pizzas.
Poor customer service, long wait time and expensive pizzas. Will never try again!
