I was hired as an experienced pizza maker here last year. The owner was happy with me while highlighting my loyalty. After working fro 3 months I felt I was being paid less than award wage. I questioned pay rates in a polite manner & the reply from the owner was, "you leaving and questioning pay rates leaves a bitter taste". I was told not to harass him even though i never threatened, attempted to blackmail him, or projected any anger toward him. Fair work Australia intervened and I have seen justice. Thanks for another lesson. I guess it's common in the hospitality industry as there seems to be no harsh punishment, just a slap on wrist.

I ordered 2 standard pizzas with no extras from the menu in their deal (2 large garlic bread and drink for $36)

They wanted to charge $40. Apparently this is the only place that charges an extra $2 to get a base on your pizza.

to your response what is not standard? The Cappricossa or the Mexicana? Both priced the same as individual purchases?

Oh and the fact that your employyee/partner (don't really care) stated due to selecting traditional base.l was the reason for additional charge.

So tell me if I asked for the pizza cut will you charge $1 per slice.

What is ridiculous is you wanting to charge for the base.

The fact that I have NEVER left any reviews previously (and have had some bad experiences) Should indicate how disappointing this experience was.

Take it how you will. And look at improving.

I will never be coming back there again. But hey, if you learn something out of this we'll all is not lost.

This place if fine I think some teething problems with new owners, I would suggest extra cheese

I went to store today and the girl on counter not have sense how to behave. When ordering she asked you need traditional or deluxe but pizza i need is not in traditional and than when i ask where it’s mentioned. She refused that its not mentioned. But after that I ordered coca-cola and she said “did you want normal” I replied- (no i want from frizzer not the normal) she hit her hand in her forehead and start talking loudly that she says you want the normal or sugar. But before she not mentioned that she means the sugar or no sugar. The behaviour she did is not good as no one can understand that she means by normal (it can mean normal temperature or cold) instead of explaining what she want to say. She behaves rude. That’s the reason i gave 2 start otherwise for food its 5 start. I visited many times pizza is osm and.

They called this as tandoori pizza. They put the white chicken called it as tandoori. Do you guys even know the meaning of tandoori?

Update:

After eating the first slice, we came to know that the chicken was not cooked at all. Straight to the bin.

Girls, please stop being lazy. Someone comes from far away to get the pizza and to have dinner. Please don't ruin that.

How does it feel to drive 10kms to get the pizza just to throw in the bin.

Have some shame and concern for the customer.

Update after the owners response:

The owner seems to be arrogant and in denial mode. Why would anyone wants to put a negative review intentionally, unless they are not satisfied with the food?

1. The chicken was not marinated. It has no taste in it. How can somebody call it as tandoor?
2. The chicken was not cooked. How can anybody eat uncooked food?
3. I was respectful towards your staff. I pleased them be more attentive towards the food cooking time.
4. Judging and generalising me with my review made me to judge that you are megalomaniac.

Instead of attacking the customer, I would suggest the owner to look at his own face. You may build buildings with the customers money, but you have a huge debt of sin on your head as well.

Chicken tandoori pizza deep pan and chicken zesty pizza deep pan are the best 2 items in the menu.

Food: delicious and as expected from pictures online.
Service: great but sometimes there are rude staff there.

This place definitely doesn't deserve the rating that it has! The food is good, the service is lovely, and it's open late! If you're expecting something fancy then definitely not for you, but if you want a good pizza at a late hour - this is on point:)

I eat the tandoori chicken pizza with some chilli flakes on top. I have eaten many times from here and always taste the same. Very delicious and at last shop owner is also friendly as well.

I ordered a small pizza and paid for extra cheese but when it arrived it was without extra cheese! They just took extra money from me!

I would not feed a stray dog the pizza from here. This is the cheapest pizza place I’ve found but even then the absolutely dire quality of the food leaves the impression it’s overpriced. If you like your pizza undercooked and swimming in oil then this is the place for you. The staff are very nice but their inability to follow instructions makes you wonder. There’s a very good reason one-star reviews are the most numerous and they’re well earned.

Been ordering pizzas from here for over 7 years. I like their pizzas & have no complaints. Staff are usually friendly & courteous. I'd also like to highlight that they sell alcohol ranging from beers, wines & premixed spirits.

What a wonderful experience. The pizza was perfect. The atmosphere, spectacular. The customer service exceptional. There are few moments in life when the stars align to deliver the perfect pizza experience. This was one of those moments. Would give six stars if could. Keep up the fine work.

Garlic Focaccia wasn’t a focaccia, it was more of a garlic pizza. This was not mentioned on their menu. Misleading and disappointing.

I don’t get why this place gets a bad rep. I think it’s actually really good. In fact, I’m waiting on a delivery right now

The pizza dough was raw.horrible. We threw it in the bin. It was such a disappointment. I told the proprietor about it and all he offered was "thanks for the feedback". Because of that, I recommend avoiding this place if your looking for good food and good customer service. I'd give negative stars if I could.
