Kyneton Bushland Resort

I remember coming to this resort when I was 12 years old now almost 30! I have to admit I was quite underwheled with resort being exactly what it was when I was a kid.this resort is amazing to get away from the everyday hussle& bussele. Offers great bushland sceanery and realxing vibes.

Pros & Cons.

Pros: Great realxing place to stay.
Cons: very dated and old.
Pros. Cute villas!
Cons Beds where extreamly uncomfortable! You guys need to invest in some quaily matrreses! Those springs hitting my spine was not fun!
Pros: Pool and spa was a delight!
Cons: exactly how I remember it 16 years ago!

all up I would say this resort is perfect for a young couple with kids! Defencily not for older adults etc.

All it needs is somne minor ajustments and this could be heaven!

As a resident of one of the surrounding properties, it would be appreciative that visitors are not advised not to enter private properties for ANY reason. If they happen to get "lost", they should back track from where they came instead of climbing over multiple fences.

Peaceful setting, basic accommodation, but clean and well provisioned. Good covered pool area with spa and sauna, but spa temp needs adjusting and sauna needs instructions and water for steam. Lake is beautiful!

Very relaxed break in peaceful surrounds. Our villa was recently renovated and very comfortable. Pool is excellent for kids or a relaxed swim at quieter times. Staff lovely and helpful.

We finally made it! It was our 5th attempt at a holiday, (thanks to numerous lockdowns!). The staff were awesome, we had numerous opportunities to book day trips through the facility & took advantage of some these.

The staff we helpful & informative. The local markets were good. I loved looking through the antique stores & opp shops, (though my husband was not as keen on this!)

The resort has some fun recreational activities available on site; canoeing, mini golf, swimming pool, spa & few others. Pancake breakfast is also something to enjoy.

Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful relaxing week. Good for some time out!

Add health resort to description. So much to do. Wonderful amenities, comfortable cottages and the staff.so welcoming & happy. Can't wait to go back.

This place is a hidden gem! I wish I knew about it years ago! I will be a regular now!
Large, comfortable, modern rooms with excellent heating. Loads for the kids to do (even during Covid when some facilities were closed). Only a short drive into town to get supplies or go out for a meal. Friendly staff. Pool very warm which means swimming all year round. Very safe and secure feeling.

Beautiful setting great place for a family or a group of friends for catch up. Plenty to do for all some lovely walks. Kyneton only 5min down the road.

I was only there for the night, but I thought it was well planned for privacy and the units were well equipped

Great escape. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty to do onsite and loads to explore locally. MTB at Harcourt is a must, if you are into that sort of thing.

Clean comfortable units, very peaceful, lots to do in the area, and plenty of hot water for showers etc. Been coming back for a few years. Love it

KBR is a beautiful tranquil resort the bush setting is amazing the amenities are excellent I love the accommodation just keep coming back A very relaxing holiday

The resort is losing some of its appeal due to the housing going up on the edges of the resort which means more traffic
It is still a nice place to stay especially if you could get away from the roads

Family friendly resort with small lake for swimming and canoeing, great heated pool, spa and sauna, and theatre room.

Relaxing quiet facility with shared BBQs cleaned daily, a reasonable side lake, plus’s pool. Each villa has a basic kitchen and a basic bathroom (shower & toilet) per Bedroom.

Excellent resort well laid out & separated in these Covid times. Great facilities, well maintained and scrupulously clean. Sensational showers and the units have everything that you need.

Lovely place for families to stay. Lots of things to keep the kids entertained. Our 2 bedroom villa had been modernised. Everything you would need for a very enjoyable stay. Will be back!

Quiet, bushland setting, lots of native birds and wildlife. Great pool complex, walks and a tranquil lake.

Well maintained. Villas and units are well spaced out. Whomever is running this place has a good eye for detail. Great spot for kids and grown ups alike.
