We recently contracted Kustom Timber to lay new parquetry in our living and dining room and re-furbish existing parquetry in the entry hall and kitchen. From the moment we contacted the company, it was obvious that we were dealing with a highly professional entity. The Company proved to be very responsive, keeping us well informed and providing timely and comprehensive documentation. We would like to highlight the early involvement of Angus in assessing our needs and Lily who was a delight to work with – friendly, helpful, and always ready to help. The job itself took three weeks. We would particularly acknowledge the excellent and highly professional work of the two Glens who did the floor preparation and laying, and Mark who managed the sanding, staining, and polishing. They all did a fine job, and we are delighted with the result.
The other person whom we would really like to acknowledge is Hayden, who project managed the job. Friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. We really appreciated his great support.
The follow up service after the job was completed has been excellent, notably from Lily and Hayden.
We considered three different companies for the work but went with Kustom Timber based on their reviews and reputation. One of our better decisions. They were the most expensive quote, but the price was all inclusive and there were no variations. Most importantly, the quality of the work, the great result, and the ease of working with Kustom Timber was what counted.
We would not hesitate to use Kustom Timber again.

We found Kustom timber experts in their field, after moving into our apartment we noticed some scratches, we approached Kustom timber & they knew exactly what needed to be done, they replaced the timber boards that were scratched & filled in the other boards to give a perfect result. We are thrilled with their workmanship.

We are extremely pleased with Kustom Timber. We had put in beautiful oak chevron 2 years ago in our kitchen/lounge area. This year we decided to update our dining/living room areas with the same oak chevron. Our original supplier couldn’t help as said they no longer carried our product. A friend suggested we contact Kustom Timber. Although they don’t carry the product either they offered to have it custom made. It’s just been installed and it’s a perfect match. It looks amazing. Thanks guys for doing a fantastic job sanding and polishing our existing spotted gum flooring. We had let it deteriorate for too long but it has been brought back to life. Great result in the end!

Kustom Timber did an amazing job with our floorboards. We loved the full timber range and had difficulty picking which floorboards to go with. In the end, we chose calypso and love it! We got our whole townhouse done, complete with downstairs, upstairs and the staircase and could not be happier. From design and concept work, to onsite meetings, samples and finally the install team @ Kustom Timber have been on point. We own and operate a hospitality company so timber flooring gets abused on a night basis. We wanted something that stood up-to not only spills & broken glass to wear and tear of high heels and foot traffic. We went with Bluestone Lane @ The Blacksmith Bar on Swan Street, Richmond and could not be happier. This is the first time we have used a wax finish and the results are just amazing.
