Kool Kidz Childcare Cranbourne West

Kool Kidz is one of the most amazing centres I have ever come across. They cater to the individual child, have the most amazing programs, surprise families with fantastic initiatives and are always ensuring quality care for the children. We are so appreciative of the level of care the educators provide, it's beyond amazing.
The kids are always doing exciting activities, the educators constantly post updates.
Since day one communication has been amazing. The staff members are fantastic, and make us feel so welcome every morning on arrival.
Management seem to go above and beyond with communication and keeping us updated with anything we need to know.

This place is incredible, I was looking around for a childcare centre and was recommended Kool kids. The centre manager Mona is amazing, she is across everything no question was too much, very knowledgeable, you can see all staff love their job and are passionate about what they do. So glad we have chosen Kool kidz. Been beyond amazing!

This centre is so good and well presented. It’s very inviting to walk into. The staff are very comforting and knowledgeable. I trust the staff who are looking after my kids. I admire the communication between parents and staff. Thank you for your work and love

I support the review posted by my wife Shirley. It's obviously not falsifying.
It triggered this review after we gained more experience with other childcare. We were indeed impressed by the observation in the Orientation day, but we thought our expectation of a childcare center were too high and unrealistic. However after attending other childcare centres, we looked back, felt very sick about the too much SHOW OFF at Kool Kids Childcare Centre. Manipulating kids for taking photos for SHOW OFF over-ride the ultimate objective: taking care of kids.
One day when I picked up daughter, I found her in numb state. Apparently she's been crying all day, and nobody comforted her. Perhaps the staff there said it again: don't worry about it - she's always like that.
When we decided to leave, we did not send a "thank you" email sent. And Kool Kids insisted to deduct another four weeks fee from us.

Recently enrolled my daughter here, staff are just amazing! Especially centre manager Mona and Prerna. From the first time I walked in they made me feel so welcome! (Thank you) They are so professional and knowledgeable and transparent. No question was too much or too hard. (I asked a lot!) staff in the room my daughter is in are so flexible and accomodating. Nice to see familiar faces consistently which is so important for small children. This is the first time I am putting my daughter in care and feel so comfortable and at ease leaving her with the staff here. Amazing place! Neat and clean! Amazing management! Great communication! Highly recommend. Well done you guys are doing a great job! Look forward to working with you all for a smooth transition for my daughter and seeing her progress

I have had a great onboarding experience for my child. All my questions were answered promptly and all the staff members are friendly. The Kool Konnect app is great with timely updates and lot of pics!

My son currently attends KK. We absolutely love the centre and staff. They go above and beyond for all your needs. Nothing is an issue. Would highly recommend in a heartbeat.

The centre is very friendly with wonderful staff and management. Open plan rooms, big and bright. The outdoors area is fantastic and shaded. Which all children love. They have wonderful incursion programs, to help develop fine motor skills.

The chef cooks amazing nutritional food. A great variety to accommodate different needs.

The children really get to make friends and know the educators well. They learn so many skills through play and learning. My son has been going to the centre since he was a baby. He talks and asks about the children and staff even on the weekends.

Communication updates are given regularly through the day, on an app, which includes photos of your child's day. My son loves going and is really thriving and developing well.

Management and staff are very friendly and they are very particular in following the policies at cc. Staff and Management are very flexible and responsive; extremely good and hygienic place for a child; koolkidz childcare is not a center for kids; they act as a family member when responding;

I would like to recommend Kool Kidz Cranbourne west as they are highly professional and reliable. Always being helpful and responsive. Educators are very friendly while management is very accommodative.

I now have two children and Kool Kids they listen to what you say and have the kids best interest at heart

This is a long awaited feedback I MUST share with every parent. This incident happened in June.

There was an issue raised regarding my child with an Educator in the 3 years old class, it was a matter of how we felt on how an educator communicated with our kid. We raised this issue directly with the management.

The management acted swiftly on investigation and a detailed report was emailed to us on the same day we raised. I was very impressed with the speedily action taken and commitment the management had for every child in the centre.

They reassure us on how Koolkidz Cranbourne cares and manages the safety issue for every kid. Management was extremely responsive and quick in taking necessary action which was a big Plus with all parents. Even if only a trivial matter, to parents, is a big deal.

I would like to express gratitude to Mona and her management team and special thanks to Sandra. My kid's 2nd mum.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Such a lovely place for kids. All the teachers are very friendly.and highly supportive. A must for all parents. Lots of activities and materials for all over development of a child. Love it.

We had a few tours around this area and decided to send our daughter (23months old) to this childcare, because we found during the tour that the staff acted professionally. We also found that the staff appeared to be really kind to all the children. The security system to enter and leave the facility was also great, and we also liked that there were security cameras in every room. The Kool Kidz App is also great for monitoring my daughter's activities through out the day. Our daughter just started two weeks ago but we have found that she has a lot of improvement especially when meeting other people e.g. Relatives, and cousins.

The kinder program is amazing, my daughter has come leaps and bounds, they offer so many on site and offsite excursions, all the staff are friendly and approachable. Highly recommend

My daughter started going to kool kids about 2 months ago and I can see a lot of positive changes in her. The staff are amazing and very patient.

These guys are an amazing bunch to work with, they are very flexible with our needs and very particular in running the centre. They have well trained educators who know how to handle kids, and they have this pretty cool app which helps you feel connected to your kids at all times (i.e what they had for lunch, whether they slept). Can't recommend this place enough!

The staff here are amazing, patient, loving and show care towards the children.
