Took our 1 year old only a couple of weeks to get comfortable with the carers who care for our boy professionally and gently. Highly recommend

Before our child went to kool Kidz we were at another centre. I have to say Kook Kidz is worlds apart from our last centre. Everything is so different. We’re looking to move house next year but will make sure we can stay at Kool Kidz. Our daughter is happy, the staff are amazing and the services provided are 10/10! My son has been attending KK since Dec 2022 and he has just thrived! The staff are so caring towards him / us as a family and I can really see the rewards of him attending KK. He is much more independent, inquisitive & gentle towards his himself and his peers.

Absolutely amazing childcare centre!
They have worked along side my now 5 year old who is off to school next year, for the past 2 years, through ups and downs, having some behavioural issues which were quite troublesome at daycare and at home, but they have continued to be persistent and work on things at his pace,
Just great management and educators.

Can not recommend KK Cranbourne West highly enough! They always go above and beyond to ensure my child is taken care of and feels comfortable. My son has come a long way in all aspects of his development since he has been going here. The staff are always friendly, nurturing and professional! 10/10 would recommend!

We moved to Australia in January 2022. We were dreading the fact that our then 2 year old daughter would be going beyond our protective arms, to a childcare with strangers.
But we are so glad that we choose Kool Kidz. The staff/educators are very warm and our DD loved it from day 1. Everyday she looks forward to going there. Hey Dee Ho and Kelly sports activities are her favorite.

Kool Kidz Cranbourne West is the BEST daycare Center you will find for your lil ones. Entire staff are friendly and always ready to help. My daughter has learnt and played at the same time. She enjoys her day.

KoolKidz has been such a great childcare for my 11month old, they are so patient and caring, always keeping you updated through their app and upon pickup, always someone to speak to about how her day went, what she ate, and how she slept. When my daughter first started she was a bit sad leaving me, but they kept in touch by calling me throughout the day and updating me. I’m so happy with my decision to bring my daughter here.

My daughter has been attending Kool Kidz Cranbourne West since 2019. Since we first visited to tour the facility we have been completely at ease trusting our daughter will be safe and taken care of. At each stage of her development the educators and staff have gone above and beyond.

The centre uses an app to share the details of the childrens day including nappy changes, food intake, the daily menu, sleep time and duration, a recap of the day in the children's room with photos, and so much more information about whats happening in the centre. It was especially comforting when she was little and couldn't tell us about her day.

There are many regular and special incursions, activities and events planned for the kids and families. Our daughter has made special friends and bonded with the educators in her rooms. She loves coming to Kinder school:) we are so grateful to the team at Kool Kidz for taking such wonderful care of our girl and putting us at ease dropping her off each and every time. Thank you!

My kids have been coming here since 2017 and I can say I am very happy I found Kool Kidz Cranbourne West as a day care centre for my children because this place is well structured in a clean environment with friendly staff and great communication. All of the staff are genuinely caring and accommodating to both the parents and children and are therefore highly recommended.

My daughter just started at Kool kidz and I'm so happy how professional and friendly the staff are. She has a ball everyday and it just puts my mind at rest how well she is looked after.

My son has been attending Kool Kidz for a few months now, and we couldn't be happier with the centre. All the educators and staff are so friendly and are always happy to answer any questions you might have.
As a first time mum, when it came time for me to head back to work and place my son in childcare, I was definitely anxious about the transition.
The Kool Kidz app meant that I could keep track of how he was going throughout the day, what he'd been eating and how much sleep he got etc, plus I could see any photos they'd taken throughout the days activities.
I needn't have worried at all - my son loves going and I feel so comfortable with the educators and I know that they care for all the kids enrolled.

Kool kids Cranbourne staff and management are rockstars, putting my son in daycare for the first time the management and staff were so supportive to our family. Mona is so professional and very quickly erased all our worries. The staff are amazing and the centre is incredible, with lots of room to explore and so many great activities. The menu is fantastic, and we love the updates throughout the day on the Kool kids app. I would highly recommend Kool kids Cranbourne.

Koolkids Cranbourne is truly an amazing childcare centre. The professionalism amongst the team from the minute we enter the building to the classroom has us feeling that extra sense of belonging when you know that your childs needs will be cared for in a respectful & inclusive environment. The quality care my daughter receives at Koolkids Cranbourne is excellent and I can't fault anything at all. I love how there are so many engaging resources provided for children and the range of learning opportunities they have. I will definitely recommend this childcare that's for sure

Kool kids is one of the best childcare centres in the vicinity of cranbourne. The staff here is really helpful and take really good care of each and every child, trying to cater the needs of every child individually.

One of the most reputable centres and definitely live up to the 5 stars! Excellent location and facility its so big and caters to all ages! Staff are friendly and understanding in all retrospects and also follow your needs and detailed information on your child especially from a young age!

My child has been attending Kool Kidz since 2020 and she loves it!
The staff really care about the children and actually give them love and interact with them.
Its nice to know that I can check how much she's eaten throughout the day and can see pictures posted of what she has gotten up to.
It makes me feel at ease when she runs into
the room and hugs the educators.
