Kool Kidz Childcare (Kool Kidz on Wellington)

My daughter and son were both graduated from the 4 Yrs old kinder of Kool Kidz Rowville.
The teachers team and the management team are amazing!
They care, they love.
My kids went home happily every school days and share lots of fun or what they learnt from the kinder.

Easily the best childcare centre in Rowville
Every staff member is fantastic the ladies in the office and the director are all wonderful
The facilities the food and the play areas are all great and my daughter absolutely loves going
I’m almost sad my daughter is getting older because I don’t want to have to leave such a brilliant centre

Absolutely love everything about the centre and the support they have provided for me and my 18 month old daughter.
Staff are amazing and I just can’t explain how much the app helps me during the day. They put everything into the app including what they eat, when their nappy is changed, when they sleep and even photos. So good for the first time mums anxious about first time childcare.

Thinking about where to send your kids for childcare? Look nowhere, Koolkidz Wellington is the place to be! When I first moved to Melbourne from Sydney 2.5 years ago, I toured many childcare places around Rowville and found that the warm welcome and transparency of their policies from the staff and owner plus environment made me chose this centre. The carers there are simply exceptional! The care and support that each one of them had provided to both my boys- I cannot thank them more enough. My older boy had speech delay and I expressed my concerns with the owner at that time, the support I received from the staff have been second to none. They moved him up to the room above so that he could interact with kids who are a bit older but with advanced speech. I have watched him grow and grow in that centre. This year, he had started school and he transitioned very smoothly and independently with no dramas.
Whenever I drop my kids off, I do not have to worry as I know they are both in good capable hands. Alan, the owner and the office staff, Carol and Karen are very approachable so if you have any concerns, you always know that there is someone there who talks and listens to you! They are very flexible and accommodating as well if you need a last minute casual booking, they will try their very best to help.

My youngest son has just started school. We have been part of KoolKidz for the last 8 years. My children both loved their time here. And I loved that they loved it.

I cannot recommend Kool Kidz on Wellington high enough. They are just fantastic. My daughter loved it there. The carers are outstanding and show so much love and care to all the children. You never have to worry whether or not your child is in good hands. They're also quick to let you know if there are any issues with your child (if sick etc.) They supported my daughter and us through hard times with behaviour and separation anxiety and the support we felt was second to none. Now that my daughter has started school, The whole team at Kool Kidz will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Thank you for giving my daughter the best start to life and preparing her so well for school!

My daughter started her journey at Kool Kidz Rowville at age one and she has recently graduated from there. They provides excellent childcare service and kinder program which helped my daughter to be "school ready". Love the friendly staffs and professional management team there! Strongly recommend!

My 4 year old son has been in care with Kool Kidz Rowville for the past several months. We have been so happy with the quality of the management, staff and educators and their passion and dedication in providing excellent child care and early education. Kool Kidz has provided many happy memories and is an integral part of his school preparation. I would highly recommend this center without hesitation.

My daughter attended Kool kidz on Wellington since she was 8 months old. We have been very happy and satisfied with the care she received. She was initially shy and started to gain confidence under their care. While I heard unhappy stories about other facilities, we never had any incidents for 3 years she went there. The staffs are very friendly and the place is clean and bright with natural light. I am looking forward to sending my youngest son under their care as well. Koolkidz is great. Initially my son had a difficult time adjusting to going to childcare as Koolkidz was his first daycare but the staff are great especially the Snugglepots room leader and educators, also Sabina. They made the experience a lot less stressful, they are all very supportive. We've noticed our son's improvement and development throughout his stay there. It's just unfortunate that we moved so we have to transfer our son to another childcare.

My daughter has been attending KK on Wellington for over 18 months and I can't thank the educators enough for their outstanding care.
The staff have been extremely professional as well as compassionate.
For me it was always hard leaving Jas but we both became very comfortable very quickly.
Jasmine has been in the Snugglepot and Honeybees room in her time and has grown fond of her educators. She has learned so much and has enjoyed her time there. She has made many friends and will miss them all.

I found KK on Wellington after long searching for a daycare i was happy with for my son Declan. As soon as i walked into the centre i was impressed. The reception area is big and welcoming. Beautiful large fish tank which my son loved and very welcoming staff.
As we walked around the set up was impressive and extremely clean and fun!
We had 2 orientations which were fantastic especially the option of the sleep orientation that we had.
KK have been wonderful to me and my son and they have fantastic communication to keep you updated on your little persons day.

Hazel started at Kool Kidz when she was 5 months old. Right from the beginning, the staff at Kool Kidz have been amazing. Hazel seems to enjoy going and has built a good relationship with her carers. She gets to do lots of fun and interesting things, and her development is supported. I have great trust in the room leader and other staff.

My son attended 3yr old and 4yr old kinder at Kool kids on Wellington and he never once didn't want to go to kinder. He made friends on the first day, the teachers were amazing at helping him adjust as he hadn't been in child care younger than 3 and then made us all feel like part of the Kool kids family. They did such a great job of covering so many life skills to help him in early life. His primary school principle also commented on what great students she has seen come out of Kool kids on Wellington.

Before my son went to Kool Kidz on Wellington he went to 3 other daycare centres, they didn't meet my standards. Kool Kidz is everything a parent would expect from an early learning centre from easy to approach staff (every single one of them), to the consistent contact with parents about a great number of things, including parents feedback on policies, to the loving, nurturing and happy environment. My son always looks forward to kindi days and so do I because I get to be greeted and involved in such a loving community. We love Kool Kidz and are grateful to have been able to attend this brilliant facility.
