Our kid loves this place. Staff are professional, friendly and supportive. We’ll structured education structure.

My child loves attending KK and has made so many lovely memories and bonds with both kids and staff through the years here. Educators and staff were supportive, wonderful and amazing. The daily updates you get on the app is really good and provides insights on the room's daily activity. Lots of activities were planned throughout the years which were well enjoyed! My child would still reminisce back to KK times.

Our daughter spend two years in Kool Kidz Rowville and she absolutely loves here! She learned a lot from her childcare.
All teachers are professional and nice, we feel very lucky we chose Kool Kidz.

Having had three children across the last two decades attend Kool Kids Rowville, I think I can safely say I know the centre well. Overall I can say that the staff have always been empathetic, kind, caring and committed to the children and their wellbeing. My children have loved going there so that is enough for me to know it is a lovely place. I have no hesitation in recommending this childcare facility.

Could not have been happier with the 7 years our family used this service for. Our 3 children really enjoyed their time there. We appreciate the genuine care and support the staff always gave our children. We will miss Kool Kidz.

Hazel started at Kool Kidz when they were 5 months old. Right from the beginning, the staff at Kool Kidz have been amazing. Hazel seems to enjoy going and has built a good relationship with their carers. They gets to do lots of fun and interesting things, and their development is supported. I have great trust in the room leader and other staff.
I would highly recommend this daycare!

My daughter attended 4yr old kinder at Kool kids Rowville. She made friends on the first day, the educators were amazing at helping her adjust it! They did such a great job of covering so many life skills to help her in early life. Thanks Kool kids team. You are awesome! We had so many lovely memories!

BEWARE OF THIS CHILD CENTRE AND OWNER ALAN.
I AM A CCTV TECHNICIAN THAT WAS CALLED TO THIS LOCATION TO FIX CCTV CAMERAS FOR THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS WHO IS NAMED ALAN. HE IS ASIAN.i WORKED ON HIS CCTV SYSTEM OVER TWO DAY AND HE REFUSES TO PAY ME. HIS ATTITUDE IS VERY RUDE AND HE THINKS HE CAN GET AWAY WITH NOT PAYING TECHNICIANS. IF THIS MAN IS ROBBING ME THEN I CAN NOT IMAGINE WHAT HE DOES BEHIND CLOSED DOORS TO THE CHILDREN THAT ARE LEFT IN HIS CARE AT THIS CHILD CARE CENTRE. ALAN HAS ROBBED ME FOR $525 AFTER I CLEARED THE PASSWORD FROM HIS CCTV SYSTEM THAT HE COULDN'T REMEMBER AND I RECONNECTED 2 CAMERAS THAT WERE DISCONNECTED AND REPLACED THE POWER ADAPTOR THAT WAS FAULTY. IT IS MY OPINION THAT THIS MAN IS FAR FROM RIGHTEOUS OR PROFESSIONAL TO LEAVE MY CHILDREN IN HIS CARE! BEWARE OF THIS MAN NAMED ALAN!

My son attended Kool Kidz for 4 years, and loved it. We had checked a couple of other childcare centres in the area before deciding and were impressed with Kool Kidz. And we did not have any regrets with our choice. The educators were fantastic, especially in the final 2 years before starting school. I would highly recommend Kool Kidz.

We will certainly miss all educators in KK Rowville! My daughter had an unhappy experience in her first childcare center so I changed her cc to KK Rowville and then she had a wonderful 4 years here from Ladybug room (smallest baby's room) all the way to Drangonfly (kinder). Educators here are very friendly and professional. The communications with them including the Director and the reception desk are smooth and pleasant. My daughter made lots of firends here and it is very hard to take her home everyday cuz she always wants to stay at cc playing with her friends. She's turning into a preppy this year and she always says she will go back to CC to see her old friends and educators.

My 2 year old attended Kool Kidz Rowville for just over a year before we moved from the area and sadly had to leave. My child was very well cared for, her learning and development flourished, and she just loved all the staff and children at the centre. The staff there are truly amazing. I can’t recommend this centre highly enough. If you’re looking for a child care centre in Rowville, Kool Kidz is it!

We have been sending our children to Kool Kidz Childcare Rowville for the past 8 years, and our youngest just graduated at the end of 2021. The staff and administrators are great to deal with and have taken very good care and of our children. They have prepared them well for primary school. We are forever grateful to all the wonderful carers at Kool Kidz, and will miss them dearly.

Great care provided at all times from the lovely educators. My bub enjoyed everyday spent at Kool Kidz and only left because we had relocated. Would recommend to all.

Highly recommended! Couldn’t have asked for a better child care provider in Rowville. From the moment you enter the door you always get a big greeting from reception. Staffs are very professional and friendly. My son started with the Kool Kidz family from an early age and he just recently graduated there. I can see big changes in my son developments thanks to the educators that went above and beyond to help him get ready for prep, Thank you so much Kool Kidz Rowville!

My 2 children have attended Kool Kidz Rowville over the past 9 years. The care from all staff, support from admin, and opportunity to develop their individual skills and personalities in each room was amazing. The ability to learn through play and experience different and unique opportunities has set my children up as life long learners and caretakers of our future. Now both as school, my children still recall stories and experiences from when they attended here. Thanks Kool Kids, for creating amazing memories.

Excellent childcare centre! The management staff, the teachers are all amazing! You can feel that they just love those kids! My daughter had been there since she was 2 and grown up from there to a happy and confident girl. She told me today that she is still missing the teachers so much and she wants to visit Koolkidz wearing her primary school uniforms.

Both my kids went to KK on Wellington. It is one of the best Child Care in Rowville area. Friendly staff from management to class teachers. My kids created wonderful bond with all the staff members and loved every moment at KK on Wellington.

Not only that, they also helped me in running dance workshop classes for their staff and kids. It was best time we had.

Can't thank enough for everyone at KK on Wellington to giving our kids the best care they can get.
