Lovely people and a great space for my child to play and learn. Overall very happy with this kindy and daycare.

When your child lights up at the mention of going, you know they are doing plenty right. The photo feedback we get each day he attends is remarkable and provides a huge smile for us. Arrives happy leaves, leaves blowing kisses…great place.

My eldest child had been with Koala for 5 years until he started school, and my youngest has been there for two years now. Both boys have formed great bonds with the educators and thrived in the environment that Koala provides. They have an updated playground that is beautiful and well shaded, the kids all love it!

My eldest was at the centre from toddler room through until kinder and my youngest is currently still attending. The staff are very welcoming, beautiful renovated yard and rooms well presented. Koala has a warm homely feel from the minute you walk in:)

Lovely centre. My son enjoys his days at Koala very much and I am very comfortable when I send him daily knowing that he will have a great time and be well looked after. Interesting activities are frequently planned, the newly refurbished yard is very big and well equipped for imaginative play. Children were very inclusive and welcoming when my son first joined; this is testament to the educators who instill an environment of care and kindness.

My son, Keenan, has started going to Koala Childcare since 2021 and he enjoys all the creative, fun, and educational activities that the childcare has provided, especially sports activities. All the carers are exceptionally lovely and friendly. They treat you children like their own children. I would recommend anyone to send their children to this childcare and they will be very surprised how great this place is:)

Fantastic childcare. My two children attend Koala (toddler & nursery level) and we've been really impressed with the level of care, great facilities (outdoor playground is wonderful), diversity of activities and programs (sport, cooking, cultural and social experiences).

Beautiful center with friendly staff. At first my son had difficulties adjusting to the center (pandemic baby), but the educators at Koala Childcare are patient and caring. Now he is settling in the room! So happy to see his happy photos playing with the other kids.

Wonderful facility. My son loves to go here. Love the outdoor space where my lil likes to spend most of his time. Educators are full time which helps kids to feel comfortable.

Our daughter has been attending for almost a year, starting from the nursery room. She has a lot of fun and loves all the educators there. The room set up has been changed regularly and the big playground has just been renovated. Every room also has a variety of activities and programs based on different festivals. Besides, I was impressed with the effective communication of the management team-all emails were replied to within 24 hours. I’ve recommended the centre to my friends.

Can not speak highly enough of Koala Childcare. We have been at the centre for nearly four years with 3 children attending. The educators are so loving and nurturing, I feel at ease when I'm at work knowing they're in good hands. Thankyou for everything you continue to do for our little family.

Fantastic child care. Professional, caring and attentive staff with excellent communication. The rooms are well set up and the new outdoor area is beautiful. The menu is nutritious and varied. My second child is now attending and both my children have enjoyed going and love the variety of activities and I’m always confident they’re being looked after well by the team at Koala. I highly recommend this centre.

My son has been coming here since 2020 and all the educators have been so caring and lovely to us. We are super sad to be leaving Koala as we are relocating interstate. Highly recommend this daycare!

We feel so comforted in leaving our daughter with Koala Childcare, she started in the nursery room 3 months ago and absolutely loves each day she goes - her arms are open to go to the team when we arrive! The communication is great, we have been fortunate to secure additional casual days most of the time, and love the updates and photos. Thank you for looking after our gorgeous girl, we feel like we’re part of the family at Koala!

Beautiful childcare, run by amazing educators, with a very personal touch. Kids don't want to leave in the evenings.

Koala still remains as fantastic as ever. The lovely ladies there really make a mum feel happy and comfortable with leaving the kids there. The educators all care about the kids so much and my little one loves it there. Highly recommended Koala to any family.

The girls have been attending Koala since they were 6 months.absolutely love all their educators. Everyone there is so nice and caring, we feel very safe leaving our girls with them on a daily basis.

My daughter has been attending koala since she was 4 months old and we have never had anything but amazing experiences. The care they provide aswell as the programs in place are amazing and it feels very homley

Definitly not recommend. Especially if it’s the first time your child enroll in a childcare center.
A very bad experience when we were there 2years ago, even after 2 years time I still would like to share my comments. I have no idea why Koala can be on exceeding level and that score was longtime ago and they didn’t update any even before we joined. They definitely not meet the requirements.
The educators not really qualified and most were causal staffs, so the room educators always changed. For the kids in their really early age and especially it was the first time my boy attend childcare, they want to see the familiar face but unfortunately not. That’s the first point. Secondly room educators always ignored the kids’ needs so you can see kids always crying, not just my boy, no matter when I send my boy off or pick him up. I understand some of the kids will cry for a while when they go to childcare in their first time. But it really can tell it’s because the educator’s attitude and center management problem.
And I really want to say, If you are not a kind of people with affectionate personality or not patient enough can you not choose early learning as your career please.
