Kmart Werribee

Terrible layoutlayout.messy and can not find anything you need. Kmart changed the layout of all stores to this lost my obsession with Kmart Target here I come

Great for that overwhelming sense of inadequacy, having bought one thing and not the ugly rug sitting in homewares.

It has a decent range of moat items except for some sport items (equiptment and gear) and videogame releated items.

Workers are always staring down people of colour as if all they do is steal very disappointing. I wont be going there anytime in the far far farrr future.

Asked service desk for help to find something. Had an webpage on my phone, before i even showed her the phone "no, we don't have any of those".

Glad i went to Kmart in middle of the night because the website said they had stock, and the "service" desk didn't even want to help.

Very friendly if u need help u will find some1 straight away prices r diffrent to other kmarts there specials r always avaliable

Very busy during the Centre having a VIP weekend! And still disappointed to find trolleys full of stock pushing into crowds of shoppers! It seems Management don't get it! With parents pushing prams, wheelchairs and seniors on ride on scooters, the store is not equipped for all that and foot traffic aswell!

Big store. Took a while to look around, messy due to customers throwing everything everywhere and staff trying to clean as well as do their job. So 5 stars for amount of stock that was able to be out and for staff multitasking.

Didn't have any stock of the toys we wanted. This store is 24 hours but they don't bother stacking the shelves till the morning staff start. Not impressed.

Been shopping at this Kmart for years and a blessing to have it in our suburb but we are witnessing a reduction of inventory variety lately auto section in particular also gardening and home maintenance.

Tried calling to ask a question and spent an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone i know it can be busy but an hour? !? ! And when i finally got someone in the phone they sounded annoyed and had a rather rude tone of voice like it was a burden to answer the phone -. -

Good place to shop for quick shopping trips. You can get most of the daily needs stuff there, except for groceries.

Extremely busy at this time of year. Plenty of stock and no merchandise left on the floor by customers. Staff at the checkout were super helpful

Because Kmart has limated stock and don't have white goods and furniture and good quality fishing equipment

Well the KMart's are generally big stores where you can buy almost everything to set up a house. The quality of the products are directly proportional to the cheap prices but unlike unhappy customers I've found my stuff lasting longer than I expected them to.

I have been a lot of time asking about trampoline they are out off stack while they have one in display not for sale as one of the team members

I'm going back home now baby girl and her is going to the today is a great day today at work now but I'm going and forth with me to go back in a bit more than a month and I was just thinking that too late

It's location is so convenient. Just drop your car off, wonder into the mall next to it and shop or go to the movies till your car is ready. It's great.

G8 for what you pay for
being a + size I find the clothes average but over all a g8 store

ALWAYS an unpleasant experience. Staff are so rude and make you feel like you are asking the world if you have a question or need help with anything. Don't even get me started on the customer service/returns section they're even worse! Brooke in particular is always a delight, NOT! Everything is always in the too hard basket, zero enthusiasm or personality. That store needs a big shake up by management!
