Kmart Werribee

Brooke at the service desk is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to assist every time I am there. It is so refreshing to have this type of service as other sales representatives in the store usually couldn't be bothered to help. Hopefully, someone at management level reads this and acknowledges the great work Brooke does.

Tonight there was a customer that unfortunately had a medical episode that required medical attention. After I had sighted the customer and got assistance The manager (i think his name was -say) and staff on tonight did amazing in helping keep the customer safe and assisting until ambulance arrived. The manager did an amazing job directing staff and customers while staying calm and informed and making sure customer was safe. Each staff member did a great job in helping keep with woman privacy a priority and safe aswell.

Went to Kmart trying to buy a swim suit, only to be told by a helpful sales assistant that they don't sell swimwear in winter. Have you heard of indoor pools, people still swim in winter right? Love Kmart next time I will buy a pair in summer. Lol

Today l noticed a K mart employee wearing a t shirt indicating he was a "Covid Marshall". He didn't have a mask on. He was outdoors, possibly on his lunch break and on his I was outdoors & on my but l had my on. Not good enough K mart. In fact l think it is a joke and by being in your uniform he representing you.

It's K mart. Cheap and relatively good quality. This store is not that small compared to other K-mart. It has two entrances. When you go at night, you can only use entrance which is close to outside parking area.

Lovely staff, I bought 3 metres of really good quality LED lights for $15. They are extremely good quality for a Kmart and the workers seem very happy and helped me find everything I was looking for.

The 24 hours KMart in the outer western suburbs of Melbourne. The stocks are generally good and available, staff are helpful and take care of the patrons, the location is also great for a combinational shopping or just browsing as well.
My only gripe is that Click & Collect here takes the longest amongst about 6 KMart centres I have dealt till date, and this is not just one instance, this is an observation over 4-5 orders.

This store has changed over time l have noticed alot of big changes. I only go there now when l need something from the store

I love that it's open 24/7. I always go here after 8pm. I have the whole store pretty much to myself. I wish there was a 24/7 supermarket as well

Mmmm.grubby and tired looking. Many shelves empty of stock. Nope, I wouldn't go back to this particular store. I'd go elsewhere.

Average shopping here all the time, don’t seem to have as wide a selection of items as other stores, or they have what you want but not in the size you need. Also the self serve checkouts are horrible at Kmart always having errors come up and are very slow, definitely not the most user friendly machines.

I'm a big fan of Kmart brand. I always find what I look for. Especially love the inexpensive homeware, books and clothes. Also, we recently bought a baby cot and a car seat at a quite cheap cost but quality is amazing.

I liked their pizzas the most. May be because of me being Indian, really love the taste.
Price is also great. A family size (larger than 'large') is only $27 during my last visit (04/2021).

Clean, large store. Plenty of stock. No waiting at the checkout. Helpful staff at self-service checkouts.

Worse place
Went to buy my kids school shoe, there was not one place to seat and try
Even heaps of people were sitting on floor in shoe rows so had to wait for them to finish so next one can go in
I went and found the staffs foot stool so my child can sit and I'm not exposed to COVID19

Still lots of people without masks.security staff were awesome, tho.place was clean well maintained. Generic stores, nothing special about the place.

TERRIBLE AT PRODUCING MUGS. WENT IN TO PURCHASE A PERSONALISED MUG AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ONE! THEN WHEN I MENTIONED THIS THEY MADE ME PAY AGAIN FOR CHANGING IT. LIKE WHATTTT. NEVER COMING BACK. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL

Very poor experience at Kmart Werribee today. Staff were unwilling to help to locate an item. Kept pushing us from.one section to another. No one could spare 2 mins to assist. Unexpected from one of my favorite stores.

Bought school shoes for my son at a great price
Shoe layout and display was messy had to look for the right size in a different location.

Not enough checkouts open i hate the self serve machines every time I've used them they have played up today was horrible merchandise on the floors everywhere its crazy
