I can’t speak highly enough of Ben and his team at MyCar Doncaster. I took my car initially to another mechanic for a roadworthy and was quoted $1600. I was suspicious so I decided to try MyCar and was told all I needed were some new tyres. The service was quick and easy. Hard to find a genuine/honest mechanic these days who’s there to provide a good service and save you money at the same time! Cheers, Jimmy

Went in to repair tyre, very good and quick experience, staff were legends and ended up charging me nothing.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Ben B at Mycar Doncaster Coles Express. Car was booked in for oil and filter changes. Prices were great and not over the top like a few other places I enquired at, and the job was done fast and clean. Got yourself a new regular customer!

I was recommended by a friend to this shop this morning. I went to Bob Jane T-Marts in Doncaster and the guy said can’t be fixed! He asked for $600 for 2 tyres! I turn him off and went to this My Car. They didn’t even charge me at all! I was so extremely impressive and get the work done immediately.

Brought my car a month ago to fix a noise in the back. They said I needed to fix a few things on my brakes, and they did the job, charging me $550 for it. The noise never stopped. I brought it back to adjust what they did and the noise was still there. When I came to complain about it, the guy in the counter said is not related to the brakes, that the problem is in the suspension, with no other reply at all and basically asking me to leave.
It's ok if you consider that my brakes needed some work but if I bring my car and pay 550 dollars to fix a problem, don't tell me that the problem is somewhere else. I feel ripped off. Avoid this place.

Wish I could go lower than 1 star.totally misled by staff at this outlet, lied to about nature of problem being only a brake pad sensor, lied to again when I returned to get it replaced (as instructed to by Mycar), and further deceit about what the actual issue was, whether it was rear pads or not, and whether front or back pads and discs replaced in Feb 2022. Discs replaced in December 2020 cost $500, charged again in Feb 2020 cost $1,000. I will NEVER go to this branch of Mycar again.

Tom is amazing. I rocked up thinking it was my appointment date but I got the dates mixed up. I was about to leave out of embarrassment but he told me he will try and squeeze me in and he did! Very friendly and explained everything to me clearly. Thanks for the great work. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Got my tyre punched in less than 5 mns. Anywhere else I went they asked me to leave my car for at least couple of hrs. Boys were busy but still done my tyre straight away.

One of the few honest mechanics around these days. Needed some work done to my drive-shaft and wheels. Job ended up being a lot more labour intensive than expected but they stuck to original quote, which was very reasonable. Tom offers excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I had a punctured tyre and the service was amazing from the moment I dropped it off, without a booking mind you, to picking it up a little while later. Haven't experienced service like this in a very long time, can't believe he didn't even charge me, said it was his good deed for the day, led to me doing a good deed later that day too, passing it on.
