So relieved to pull into this petrol station and find the lovely men at mycar who checked and topped up my oil. Thank you so much and all delivered with a smile.

I called in to Mycar after a policeman told me that both my brake lights were out and I had to fix it straight away. The very friendly and helpful gentleman I spoke to at Mycar not only changed the globes on the spot, but refused to take any money for the job. He could not have been more helpful and I really appreciated it. I will certainly be bringing my car here in future, I was so impressed by the customer service I received today. Top Marks!:)

Highly recommended! Technicians (I should have asked their names.) this store have good work ethic. They did my car service early this year, professional job, fair price. Their tattoos are impressive as well.

Called up on late notice with a punctured tyre, arrived and had it replaced in just 10 minutes!

Not an excellent customer satisfaction, first time attended to that place as it was a screw in my rear tyre, the mechanic was very rude and talked in not a professional manner, I decided not to give the job to them and took my car to T Mart.

We recently had a fat tyre with a screw in it. The team fit us in that morning, fixed the tyre and best of all it was free of charge.great service and would definitely come back in the future.

A big thank you to the friendly staff at my car - we arrived with a flat tire at the beginning of a road trip and left 15 minutes later with a fixed tire and surprisingly no bill!

The best experience, I had a slow leak in one of my tyres and being the model of car I have there’s no spare. Went to Bob Jane in the area and they didn’t seem to want to help, a slow drive the the next repair shop with no regrets. My car Doncaster didn’t see this as a disruption to their day but a chance to help me in my need. Can’t thank them enough.

These guys are AMAZING! Literally rang them at 5pm today in a panic as I had a puncture and had to travel to Geelong tomorrow. They told me to bring it in as soon as a could and by 5: 35pm puncture sorted! Can’t thank them all enough so professional and efficient! Will not go elsewhere in future, can’t recommend them enough.

Needed a roadworthy and the team were super helpful - they not only did the roadworthy very quickly, but they took the time to explain about how best to deal with VicRoads and the registration process. I’m really grateful for the exceptional service I received!

I got a nail in my tyre and was worried I would need to replace the tyre. Kyle was extremely helpful. He said we will sort it out.there were no delays. They repaired my tyre and all done within 15mins!

The guys here are always so helpful and honest! Matt was great and he kindly looked at my car the same day I called to book it in even though they were busy!

I had a flat tyre and first thing on a Monday morning I dropped my car off to MyCar for it to be fixed. I was there at 8am and by 9am my car was fixed. MyCar Service was quick, efficient and friendly, thank you so much! Would highly recommend MyCar!
