Kmart Templestowe

Excellent customer service staff always willing to take the time when you cant find something, good choice of clothes for children.

I just never get having the checkout in the middle of the store, turns me off big time. They must have copied it from elsewhere, you surely couldn't be that dim.

A couple of times I've ordered online from here and I received refunds the next day as they said they are out of stock. However, they don't update the website after as it says it's still in stock for days later. Had I known they didn't stock the item I would have gone somewhere else.

Poor customer experience!

A nice store, but many things are made in China, not good. It would be nice to see Australian made items.

Update: I recently went to this store and there was an Indian from India security guard at the entrance who asked to see my vaccination status, I did not mind, he seemed quite arrogant as he assumed that I am an Indian like him due to my appearance, well I am not because I did not come from India, however I noticed when there was a White customer walking in, he was polite to them when asking for their vaccination status. Anyway, a relative when recently to the store in the weekend and was not asked to show vaccination proof by security (a different individual this time) at the entrance.

Karen that took my phone call this morning was extremely helpful in regards to my click and collect order. The service and store has always been fantastic. Keep up the great work guys under difficult circumstances.

I wanted to buy a new toaster, only 1 cheap brand, the same as I purchased 6 months Anko which is broken - poor quality.

This is the best Kmart store I've ever been to.
They have an abundance of stock available and they always have items that aren't sold in other stores.

Outstanding are the staff that have helped me at checkout, my injured pelvis /, anxiety.never making me feel hurried. Exceptional customer service, products, returns.bravo staff

Best Kmart in Melbourne! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store is quieter than most Kmarts, but it has exactly the same range and prices. Bit of a hidden gem

Staff at Kmart (Templestowe/Pines) are rude and unhelpful; they are too busy pairing off with each other gossiping and making derogatory and insulting remarks about customers. Go to Big W (Doncaster/Shoppingtown) instead.

Really good prices and quality supplies. But sometimes they are out of stock which is pretty annoying. For example I wanted to get a mechanical gaming keyboard but it was out of stock for a while apparently.

Good stock levels. Friendly staff. Not your usual Kmart. Possibly nicer lighting than Greensborough. Or maybe I was just in a better mood. Over reliance on self checkout. Got what I wanted and escaped. Not an objectionable man shopping experience.

What’s the point of having a phone number if no one answers it? Tried to call ahead to see if they have a product in stock so I can avoid wasting time going there if they don’t have it. The phone rang for ten minutes and I gave up. Customer service is non-existent these days.

Can't say anything bad about Kmart Templestowe or for any other Kmart store for that matter. Always great prices and you can find most anything you want.

Good place if you want to buy cheap stuff, but of course the quality is only average.

Sufficient carpark

Needed help with a product and the staff were least helpful. I have had a good experience here before. Maybe the staff aren’t the same anymore.

Not bad but sad to see kids are not treating the toys with respect found a beyblade with torn packaging and missing ripcord got it for $10. Thanks to the cashier and the covid checking Lady who was helpful in trying to find my lost usb charging cable.

A guy named Nathan at Service desk was a joke, he refuses to serve me because he was trying to tell me that i cannot pay at the service counter, while i was being sent there by the checkouts. Super bad customer service, in fact, bad manners and attitude as a human being. Not helpful at all, this guy is a complete time waster and full of attitude, or he had a bad day and just decided to pour it out on me. All other staff were very helpful in this situation, the girls at checkouts kindly help me call the manager after me explaining what horrible service i had. The manager was very helpful as well, so these 3 stars are for them.

Horrible horrible click and collect service! Took MORE THAN 40mins just to collect my stuff as there was a massive backlog! ONLY 1 STAFF serving everyone and because of the backlog, there was insufficient parking.
Also, I wanted to return an item I previously purchased a week ago and the customer service helpline told me to head to any store for contactless returns. BUT the staff here told me NO RETURNS UNTIL STORES REOPEN? !? What if after 60 days stores doesnt reopen? !
Definitely NOT PLEASED!
