Kmart Templestowe

Terrible workers always kick me out for the stupidest reasons and I didn’t even do anything wrong

I have to praise the staff at Kmart Templestowe, visited the store a couple of weeks ago and I had trouble locating the item I was after. I approached a team member who happily assisted me in finding the item. The store was very clean and plenty of stock displayed neatly.

Really want to appreciate CHARLIE (9/5/23 evening) for going out of his way to do us a favor he really didn't have to do to make our boy's 1st birthday party that much more special.

We are local and service like his keeps us coming back for all of our occasion shopping needs!

Please show him some love!

Outstanding are the staff at this KMart, and they know me well and helpful, store is always impeccable and unlike other stores, they allow you to shop until closing time, not making you feel rushed. Accolades to you all. Most products in stock. A favourite place to buy i a bit of everything

Twice lately I have gone to this store to buy items that were said online to be in stock that day and made the trip for nothing as the products had never been there

Bad as bad can be. Machine wont ready voucher. Pass the buck to the next person. Manager passes the buck to another store. Seriously they print the return reciepts on heat sensative that just fades and rubs away. Then no process torecover vouchers their machines cant read. Maybe accc should investigate. I imagine kmart is walking away with millions of unclaimed returns each year. But guess what can we expect from a business owned by wesfarmers (who also owns another bad service brand, bunnings). No wonder we are moving away from big department stores.

I love Kmart. Any Kmart really, not just this one. They offer decent quality products for very reasonable prices. The selection of items is kept up to date and relevent with current trends and societal preferences too.

July 2022 - The store is well positioned near the escalators from the underground carpark. Large, bright and pretty well set out. Staff are friendly and ready to help. I don't go there often but my wife does and she's never had any problems. Prices seem good. Refund or exchange is easy. No bad comments from me.

Visited the store with my sister. We were really impressed with how well the products were organised. We grabbed lots of specials and were greeted by two lovely girls at the register who helped us put through our purchases. Great shopping experience Kmart.

Really, self serve check out, while two young uninterested female employees who were too busy looking at their phone on fb probably, glared at me as I am disturbing them. Reluctantly took my items to scan and rudely jestured me to the card machined and walked out very quickly back to her phone, nice.

Just walked out after wasting 30min selecting my purchases then getting to the checkout and told by the attendant who was reading, that he isn't on the checkout to put my purchases through, that I would have to self serve which I do not do. I walk to the front of the store hand handed my non purchases to the girl at the door. Neither cared that another sale was lost and I assume kmart don't either.
What ever happened to customer service. Not everyone is ok to self serve

Appaling service received today at the customer service desk, from both the young staff member and manager. Complaint lodged with head office. Its not the customer's job to ensure that the items you sell have the correct barcode attached. I don't have time to check each individual item. What I do expect is your staff do there job correctly, so I don't have to.

I came here with my mum, i can't believe the audacity
With the horrible attitude and eye roll she got when she asked to have a cashier person put through her purchase shocked me! She doesn't know how to use the self service and only pays in cash, she told me this is why she stays away from kmart.
Absolutely disgusting templestowe kmart.
Plenty of other kmarts still have at least one person at the cashier.

Got sent here by my wife to get storage boxes to match ones she already had bought there. I found them easily enough, were reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cheers. Update: Easter 2022 - this time sent for Easter Eggs. Lots of choices and reasonably priced so all good

Easy shopping young man at self serve was very busy and helping lots of Customers. Took it in his stride.

I don't know why anyone would be reading reviews for kmart. It's kmart. It sells what kmart sells, and does it well.

Disappointed as fitting rooms not opened which means buying and the having to return is a inconvenience. Not happy

I don't know who is putting hangers on the clothes but they clearly didn't pass prep where you learn the alphabet because the size letters never match the size of the clothes. Now I'm going to have to return/swap clothes AGAIN. Other than that, staff are friendly and helpful.

The daughter order online, in Darwin. I collected at Templestowe the next day. And that was a few days before Christmas. Well done KMart.
