Kmart Sanctuary Lakes

Had a fantastic experience today in the living department area Couldn’t find the item I was looking for, asked for help and a young man advised the last one was just sold. I advised him I was actually after the oak colour and he mentioned he just seen them come in on a delivery and went to go check, bring me one and get me set up in a trolly as it was a heavy item. Thank you to the young man who helped.

Never any staff operated registers open. No customer service from the staff member at the self serve checkouts. Store has ridiculously messy shelves & items on the floor. Old magazines still on shelves.

Lovely and clean:) great prices, staff could learn to be more friendly and say hello or willing to help and not ignore you.

It is typical Kmart.it is as good as it used to be.

This branch is specifically smaller than the norm and a bit less organized and more messy

Even though they didn't have what I was trying to source, good shop in a good location to get everything that you require.

Good asortment of products and store layout, friendly staff though most XL sizes are out of stock.

Very nice! Would recommend they clean up the shelves a bit tho, very dusty and random boba drinks etc are left there.

The Kmart at Sanctuary lakes has friendly staff. The store was clean and was very well covid-19 precautions. There was deal on the electronics and had great quality t-shirts. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I will go again for shopping.

One of my favourite department stores. It has all the main things I need for the home and car as well. There is always new products and is well stocked. It is also well staffed and I do love the price check scanners strategically placed around the store. I am impressed with the COVID19 practices as there are lots of hand sanitising stations, with trolley wipes, and lots of signs and directions on keeping social distancing. Well done K mart.

Didn't have what I was after.and didn't have a timetable for when they would.otherwise good, in and out with minimal contact.

It can be good for a bargain but the staff at the front treat you like a thief, they have designed their stores so badly that you have to unpack everything and get your receipts out to leave the store. They are infuriating and rude!

Every time I go in there I know I can walk up to a staff member and feel confident they will help me

Kmart is the greatest. Staff Friendly and always bringing in new affirdable and modern stock l keeps us buyers coming back for more and more!

I find kmart alot more affordable for us than alot of other shops although i had an issue with a faulty return item that was bought as a bday gift from my children which they did not wish to honour. That was a shame. I was sadly dissapointed. It was a policy ussue. Other than that, i find the staff are always friendly. B careful to make sure u ask people to keep receipts even for gifts (which i think is wrong.)

Has everything that you would expect a Kmart to have. Very convenient as store was open till late, I think it's open 24 hrs.

Cheapest and easy to access with all U needs. If U cant find wat U looking for just ask to all frienly stuff and help U right away

I like this store but I hate having to deal with customer service when needing to return an item which I know I am rightfully entitled to. More than once I needed to exchange an item and each time I have been denied. This is the only store I have trouble with when returning anything. After leaving this store I go to the Tarneit one and each time I have been able to obtain a refund or exchange no questions asked, no problems at all! For the same item I tried returning to the Sanctuary Lakes branch. Useless! I am interrogated regarding the product and as to why I can’t get a refund and I am 100% entitled to it and it’s like speaking to a blinking brick wall! Fix your customer service Kmart!

Kmart sanctuary is not as big as some Kmart stores but still gives you great savings on almost anything.

Just like any other Kmart.has what you want.friendly staff.can't fault it but wouldn't write home about it
