Kmart Sanctuary Lakes

Never any staff operated registers open. No customer service from the staff member at the self serve checkouts. Store has ridiculously messy shelves & items on the floor. Old magazines still on shelves.

It can be good for a bargain but the staff at the front treat you like a thief, they have designed their stores so badly that you have to unpack everything and get your receipts out to leave the store. They are infuriating and rude!

Didn't have what I was after.and didn't have a timetable for when they would.otherwise good, in and out with minimal contact.

Has everything that you would expect a Kmart to have. Very convenient as store was open till late, I think it's open 24 hrs.

Cheapest and easy to access with all U needs. If U cant find wat U looking for just ask to all frienly stuff and help U right away

I like this store but I hate having to deal with customer service when needing to return an item which I know I am rightfully entitled to. More than once I needed to exchange an item and each time I have been denied. This is the only store I have trouble with when returning anything. After leaving this store I go to the Tarneit one and each time I have been able to obtain a refund or exchange no questions asked, no problems at all! For the same item I tried returning to the Sanctuary Lakes branch. Useless! I am interrogated regarding the product and as to why I can’t get a refund and I am 100% entitled to it and it’s like speaking to a blinking brick wall! Fix your customer service Kmart!

Kmart sanctuary is not as big as some Kmart stores but still gives you great savings on almost anything.

Just like any other Kmart.has what you want.friendly staff.can't fault it but wouldn't write home about it

I used to buy a lot of things in this place but not anymore but my mum does the atmosphere is great most things are stock really well

Waited long for customer service yesterday, only one staff member helping for I've 20 customers who were trying to make payments

Just like Kmart to have everything I needed and of course quite a few things that I didn't need but left with anyway.

Staff that are refilling the merchandise throughout the store are loud and obnoxious, I could hear a couple of ladies talking about their weekend and the silly things they get up too, I'm sweet with retailers laughing and talking quietly. But these two didn't seem to care! The service at the front counter is usually great. Store was quite messy too

This is the nearest shopping mall to pointcook people. Good spot for weekend shopping and daily groceries.

Handy location right next to the entrance when u just want to pick up a thing or two and get out.like all places these days though, slow at checkouts.

Still a great shop but really do not understand why they have place the cashiers in the middle of the shop. This doesn't make any sense in having a person standing at the door checking bags you feel like a criminal.

Good range. Good staff. Would be good if the put more Street on the registers rather than the blocked up self service.

Lovely and clean:) great prices, staff could learn to be more friendly and say hello or willing to help and not ignore you.

It is typical Kmart.it is as good as it used to be.

This branch is specifically smaller than the norm and a bit less organized and more messy

Even though they didn't have what I was trying to source, good shop in a good location to get everything that you require.

I find kmart alot more affordable for us than alot of other shops although i had an issue with a faulty return item that was bought as a bday gift from my children which they did not wish to honour. That was a shame. I was sadly dissapointed. It was a policy ussue. Other than that, i find the staff are always friendly. B careful to make sure u ask people to keep receipts even for gifts (which i think is wrong.)
