Kmart Reservoir

DO NOT DEVELOP YOUR FILM HERE. Thought I would go here as it was the only place close to me at the time, needles to say, it was the worst idea of my life. Horrible photos and even worse on the digital version. Kmart should not be developing film at all at this level of shameful quality. All of my pictures are butchered like a left over Christmas ham in February. (k mart employees are very nice and helpful though).

Its open 24 hrs which majes it very convinient. Well stocked and good customer service. Parking can be an issue in peak hours.

Great place to walk around and also to find heaps of stuff that you didn't know that you need in your life.

Pocket friendly place to shop essentials and accessories such as USB cables, car mobile chargers etc.

Great customer service. Rang thru had the stock on the shelf was ready waiting for me to collect within half an hour.

Kmart has pretty good variety, but sometimes I just wished they stayed the same.sorry I know very boring.but to be honest, boring is sometimes good. Always ample parking. I really like their sports line in clothes (in case I put few pounds on its not that expensive to go back and get a bigger or smaller size.)

Usually this store is quite good. The last two or three times we've been there the place is filthy. Untidy racks, floor with stock on it. Shelves in disarray and the staff all look like you've taken their last dollar from them.

Has great collection of items and reasonably cheap as per the brand. My wife was delighted to find the desired clothing. We visit quite often and there's always something we want to buy from there.

If you like being asked for money and crack heads screaming, this is the place for you! Come on in, be confused with the registers in the middle of the store which forces you to get all your bags checked as you exit.

Typical Kmart as in large range of stock, good prices & friendly staff. Good for households goods, camping, fishing & sporting gear, towels & bed linen, kitchen ware, plush dressing gowns, underwear. Unless ur 1 of 'those' ppl who only wear designer brand's, u will b able to find something decent to wear, whether man, woman or child. Nothing alternative but still good for certain item's such as good quality black leggings.not just the cheap cotton/polyester but thicker sturdier leggings for $15- Bargain & super comfy & bit dressier.

Good place but I think they need to stock more. Sometimes people asked me to go yo this place if I want something cheaper. Yes, that is absolutely correct. I was new to Melbourne and looking for kitchen items in cheap price. You won't believe. I found them in quite cheaper here. Before that I tried to check other places like Coales and Aldi etc, however I found variety of things in this place which are lot more cheaper here. And yes, the quality of the items are also good. It's just they need to appoint someone all the time at the pay table so that if someone is new here they can help paying them or show them how to do the self service. Otherwise, this is really a good place.

One stop shop for all your house needs at an affordable price. Things u get: cookery, clothing, stationery, make-up.

I visited the store a few weeks ago to look for a rust dots dress. The staff were so helpful from the layby area, floor area, fitting room area and at the check out. Even though the size of the dress I was looking for was sold out, I had a great shopping experience at Summer Hill Kmart. Good job ladies and keep it up!

One of the best KMarts in the area. Open daily til midnight with a larger range of stock than most stores. Excellent!

I went to the Kmart Reservoir the other day and found that most of the stuff was really priced good. The staff was also quite welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place as it's also located in a good area right next to a lot of other stores too.

This is a great shop for your everything needs. Doesn't matter if you are starting over again and need everything it's there, if you just want a new top you can get it or some candles they are there also

Nice organized kmart.one of the best i have been to. I wish the swrvice was also as nice. I asled one of the staff to show me something and her expression made me feel like i have made interrupted her in a very important work when surely she works in that department and i believe helping customers nevigate that department was also part of hee job description.

Tried to call this store 8 times without anyone answering their phone. They then picked up and said they would check it they had the item and then just hung up on me. I called back 3 more times and no one picked up so I gave up and just went into the store. The website said they had the item in stock but when I got there, they they actually didn't have any in stock. I asked the service desk for help and they told me I should of rang them before I came in. Bad service!

Better selection of things to purchase compared to other Kmart's I've been too. Especially in the home decore part of the store.
Had no issues with the customer service, they have do it yourself checkouts too if that's your style.

If I could give zero I would. Changed from 24hr to shut at midnight but even though it wasn't yet midnight I was refused entry and service. Very unhappy.
