Rubbish customer service from the lady and man in click and collect, don’t work if you don’t know how to talk with customers.

A) Contrary to instructions on the website, there is NO CURBSIDE CLICK AND COLLECT - you have to go inside the primary contact mall and queue

B) No security to make sure people are distancing or wearing masks

C) People queueing in groups less than a meter apart with ABOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTION FROM STAFF TO DISTANCE

D) No spare masks, hand cleaner or anything other than a QR code as safety protocol

E) If you ask staff to refuse service or enforce COVID Safe protocols they sick the "managers" onto you, who threaten to remove you to "keep the staff safe". Because me asking THEM to keep ME safe is apparently more "dangerous" to the staff than a deadly virus.

NEVER AGAIN.

Staff is great! When I inquired which fishing rod would you recommend for a beginner, a staff member named Arda was incredibly informative and helpful.

The click and collect here is shockingly slow and disorganised. Staff look like they’d rather be anywhere else.

Staff were sitting down on their phones and talking to each other they weren't wearing their face masks at all we were waiting for nearly 45mins for our item it was already there but they didnt bother to look for it until we ask them again about it.never coming back here ever again.worst Kmart store for click and collect ever.

Get your act together Summerhill staff there are plenty of caring dedicated and hard working people who would love your job.

Older lady with died red hair on the door is extremely rude to customers. I'd suggest moving her to back-of-house if she doesn't want to interract with the public. Other staff on door were friendly, but seemed extremely confused and under-trained on how to find online orders, in particular those from catch.com. Clearly not their fault, but nearly resulted in my expensive order being marked as collected when in fact half the order was boxed separately and not given to me. Lucky I opened it in front of the staff, otherwise I would have no proof and would have lost quite a bit of money.

What a useless system click and collect at this store is! Book a time, arrive on time and say you’ve arrived using their system and still have to wait 40 minutes for your items! Meanwhile staff are bringing out trolleys with 1-2 items for people that aren’t there while a crowd of 20+ gather waiting? Useless!

Be great if the staff actually wore masks as per the current covid restrictions. All the customers were. But seen 5 staff wandering around not wearing masks covering their mouth and nose

Everybody loves Kmart sometimes it gets a little bit messy but it's generally very good when I go

Conveniently located on Plenty Road, the store entrance is close the northern entry to the centre and car park.

Great staff is there asset. A team member called kanda? Hope l got name correct was very helpful when l was not sure about which toy to buy my 3yo God daughter for her birthday

Great shop. Who would have thought they'd have a collapsible adjustable walking stick tucked away on their shelves for a mere $15. So happy I bought a warm woolen fisherman's rib long scarf as well for $12. K-Mart definitely my go-to shop for everything.

Customers were not following Covid practice of washing hands and checking in. I questioned the staff member at the entrance and they were blasie about the issue. I will not visit this store again.

Staff are in abundance but not at all helpful. They rather talk to their friends than help customers in need. Very bad services.

Staff seemed confused about new sign in procedures and were unprepared for non-phone sign-ins. Once in store, they were friendly, helpful and ensured people maintained safe social distancing.

Summerhill shopping center is a fantastic Very clean covienent showing experience it really does has it all under one small roof.

Bad customer service! I have made click and collect order due to COVID situation.can’t choose the color from the Kmart website and when I called the store to ask for the color before collecting they refused! And asked me take them and if it is not the color you want they do refund later.so bad and wasting time.

The old, fat bald man working at the self service checkouts today at about 4: 30pm was the rudest, most unhelpful customer service worker I have ever come across. I do not understand how he got a job in customer service or how he manages to keep it.
