Kmart Preston

You can't really go wrong with a Kmart store!
This one however is always so busy and seemingly understaffed at busy times!
They often don't have the wide range of stock that other stores which I'm sure is just because stock sells fast!

16 December 2019. What a lovely girl Catherine is attending the service counter. Large Christmas queues and pushing through each customers transaction with a smile, speed and courteous manner.

Dont bother with kmart northland photo centre. Machines always not working. No staff help. If you manage to get a staff member they have absolutely no idea how to use machines. Also the service desk is so poorly staffed expect to wait at least 20min in line to pay for and to pick up photos

Self service as usual doesnt go smoothly!
Young sales assistant was very quick to rectify and great service from him!
If he wasnt so helpful i would not go back in the evenings! Rated 4 only for his service

I think its Olivia in customer service working 1st December. Thank you so much for your help with the inflatable Santa. It's so hard to find good customer service these days and you were beyond helpful. Really appreciate it.

Their bags check policy is mean-spirited and belittling. Treat your customers with respect, not everyone is a shoplifter.

It is what it is. I hate the checkout being in the middle of the store but this is an app round model not exclusive to this store. Barely any customer service at any of these stores nowadays.

Good range of products. Staff are a bit hopeless, always chatting among themselves when you need help.

If you park close by under cover there's no cover from the centre to the car park. I couldn't get what I was after. Staff were very helpful

Great store! Always has stock for items I am after, and conveniently located at Northland shopping centre so you can do all of your shopping. Great to have a good Kmart!

Great store very great clothing to choose from alsocampin products also amongst tv's videos garden in products a vast amount to choose from

I cant review Kmart lmao. It Kmart! We all know why we love it. On the downside though, I dare you to try and leave with only what you came for!

My 83 year old grandmother got lost in here and had to get the staff to ring me to come and get her. Great store:)

Staff should try smiling once in awhile, not speaking about all though.
Kmart is a go to for good cheap prices

This particular store is massive, and always seems to have stock where other stores in the area do not! The staff are usually quite helpful and I've always seemed to be able to get what I'm looking for with their huge variety of stock. Definitely would recommend!

Grate selection, easy to find what I needed. Takes awhile to get help at layby desk and the quality of photo prints are definitely not the best.

Has most things in catalogue. Some general housekeeping like tidying up the shelves and displays. Not enough staff available for helping those who do not wish to use the self-service checkouts.

It's good for shopping iin Kmart with cheap stuff, except in weekend when the majority of Northland shopping center close at 5-6pm (Kmart is still open -which is good), it's not easy to access or back to your car in parking as many footpaths locked and you have to go around which is much more further then normal.

Worst customer service ever received from Kmart. Emily and Jade in particular. 23/12/18 late night trade

Generally good store. Given how busy it always is I do notice it can often be quite unkempt. Toy section feels disjointed and particularly messy.
