Kmart Preston

I hate the checkout being in the middle of the store. Not only is self service the only option but they make you feel like a criminal on the way out. I don't go there anymore

Went too this kmart today (4: 30pm 26/08) and was served by the rudest person at the customer service desk. The amount of attitude I was given when asking for a portable charger was horrendous. The amount of eye rolling and just dickheaded energy was unacceptable.

Got served by Sara today and she mentioned it was her second shift on the job and she was absolutely amazing, super helpful and friendly! I hope her manager sees this and praises her. I work at Northland and I will be asking for Sara in the future for assistance. - Wednesday 12.7.23.

Good store, usually go there for kids clothing and toys. Big variety, most items are cheap and reasonably priced.

Love Kmart.only 4 stars as this particular Kmart at Northland SC always seems to be messy and in disarray. Staff are far and few between. And what's with the registers in the centre of the store? Don't get it!

There will be lot of products at Kmart located within Northland shopping centre over summer to see women's clothes, kids toys, books, Christmas and lots more, I got it as well.

Do they ever answer the phone? The web says they are not busy at the moment yet they are not answering the phones

Very nice to shop. Got the cat toys i wanted. Cat loves the 3 tier circular ball toy and the scratching wave. Big hit. Xlnt.

Nobody on checkouts, I had to self serve while 3 staff members had a chat nearby.

Quick to find what I wanted and very happy with the price. Need more larger size options and you would be the best. Register being in the middle is interesting and you need more signs on how the system works.

Cheap Items, This location is a decent sized Kmart. Its really a one stop 'moving in' shop you can go to to get all the basics you need for a new home.

I went to Kmart Northlands, like I have been the last 20 times trying clothes on and purchasing clothes for my Instagram and they never had a problem with me. Until Valentines Day. On Valentines, one of the Russian Slavic workers working in the change rooms spotted me walking in with flowers I purchased. I selected some clothes as I normally do only this time she followed me and then followed me to the counter after I tried them on and went to the counter to purchase. They accussed me of Shoplifting. I have never shoplifted in my life. I have purchased clothes from Kmart Northlands 20 times. I am very offended, and I know for a fact that Kmart staff talk to Security and other stores at Northlands about customers. I reported the Russian Slavic worker to ASIO, the AFP and Victoria Police. I reported Kmart to consumer affairs.

They layout is to jumbled, reminds me of a hoarders house. Good for a cheapy shop but rather trashy of late.

I went to this Kmart last night to get a set of sheets that the website had listed as "In Stock". When I got there the bed sheet section of the story was terrible. Sheet sets were all over the racks in no order, and some had even been opened and then dumped back on the shelf. I asked one of the employees to find the set I was after using the SKU number and after she found it she told me it wasn't due to be delivered for another 3 days. What waste of a drive.

Weird how all stores have you pay in the middle but it seems to work alot better than the old system of registers at the front.

Disgusted! Was put on hold for half an hour then was hung up on! Considering there's more self serve checkouts then people actually working you would think they would have time to answer the phone!

Very nice Superviser Liz helped me today with a trampoline! But this one Customer after me treated the team members so rudely as they were trying to help her aswell I stood there to see as she was yelling for no reason about something being priced matched people need to grow up they don’t get paid to get abused by there customers I love Kmart Preston

Ample parking and lots of room to move inside. Otherwise this is a stock standard kmart, nothing special.
