Kmart Footscray

Due to lockdown it was suppose to be closed on 8PM but when I come to collect my order at 6: 50PM they are already closed? What’s the point of putting a sign? It’s totally a waste of time!

I live approximately 600mtrs away from Kmart Footsgray, I checked store & they had my product in stock. Not having the best of health I ordered & paid $10.00 for delivery. I was informed I should get it a week later. Not happy Jane.

Click and collect is on level 3. Apparently.been waiting here for 15mins with no word. There's no signs anywhere to tell you this. And don't try calling their customer service number because no one answers

I mean, let's be honest. What isn't there to love about Kmart?

Need a new wardrobe because your washing machine is busted? They got you covered. Want to restyle your home? They got you covered. Need to cook, clean, game, sleep, get a present for someone or yourself, grab a snack, make pies? They got you.

They're like the best friend who's house you can walk into without knocking and they'll be happy to see you even though you hardly message. I mean, they'll make you check in because they're legit like that.

But it's great. Plus free parking if you spend $15+ there or at Coles. Just save your receipt.

No answer after countless calls to customer service to collect an order, would have happily bought from a different kmart if I knew I couldn’t get it today?

Usual kmart in footscray market. If visiting kmart, Multiple car parks are available and its free for first 90mins if you spend $15 at kmart

I bought a bike and had to get it fix.they said it take 3 days and 2 weeks later it wasn’t done

Kmart is not doing car park click & collect. You have to go inside. It gives you the option of car door delivery but they don’t have it. Don’t waste your time calling Footscray to check, no one is available to answer. & if you have already chosen car door delivery, you will not be notified in any way that they don’t actually offer it & could you please go in store for pickup. So let me do their job & let you know myself.

Staff are Great but saw multiple people steal things right in front of me, feels very uncomfortable there

07/07/20 they appear to have closed sometime before 7: 30 when I got there. There was no note saying why they closed, or even if they were going to reopen -yet anyway. Knowing my luck, once I post this, a manager will stick a note out front to explain. Karma likes to make me look a fool. ESSENTIALLY, THEYRE CLOSED, NOT SURE IF THEYLL REOPEN TOMORROW (08/07/20)

Terrible. Choice is very limited and not an ideal place to get anything other than women's clothing. I couldn't get anything substantial for my new born baby

All I can say is goodluck if you need to call them for something. I called non stop for 20 mins.even tried different departments and could not get a hold of anyone. Shocking.

Lots of empty shelves, friendly helpful staff recommended to call ahead as the website is usually a couple days behind

I was extremely fortunate to gain the assistance from Jade last Saturday, while trying to find all sorts of bits and bobs. She was professional, helpful and extremely patient! An absolute asset to your team - thanks Jade!

Website said they had an item in stock. Drove across town to pick it up, spent 15 minutes looking for it because there are no staff there to help you. Eventually found someone and asked about it and she said “oh yeah they have been out of stock for months”. If the staff member knew that, without having to even check on the system, why haven’t they updated their inventory, rather than wasting customers time?

Great service unfortunately their stock here is low on alot of products until they get more shipments

Great place for late shopping, particularly if you want a cheap sports t-shirt on your way for an evening gym session. It's open untill midnight!

Large Kmart store with ample space and not too busy. Store is not very organised though, a lot of displayed items are not in stock.

Everything I need is in the store. Close to Coles and Liquorland. Park multi story car park. Spend $15 for FREE 2 hour parking.

I like Kmart, but I have to keep away because I keep spending my money there. Good for homewares and other household items. On trend, but won't break the bank. Just a good everyday department store.
