I can’t stand it! Avoid if possible! It’s not my job to bag my items! It’s not fair on the girl constantly having to help people either.

Opening hours posted online are wrong, came and the store was closed. Tried calling up earlier in the day, no one picked up. Waste of time.
Underground. Hard to buy slot of stuff here because you can't wheel trolleys out of the centre. Upgraded layout. Plus side is it's normally quiet.
Phoebe at the Service Centre went above and beyond in helping me print & organize my photos at the Printing Kiosk as it was my first time and I didn’t know what to do or how to print it but Phoebe made it so easy for me in helping me out. Will definitely come back for shopping for and more photo printing.

Wendy went above and beyond to help me with an issue in relation to a bicycle purchase, and she did so with such efficiency and absolutely immaculate customer service and followup skills.keeping me informed at every step of the process.
I cannot record an instance in my lifetime where l have had this extreme quality and high level customer service expertise and liaison, as l had from Wendy.

For a department store what a joke, alot of shelves empty, what l wanted had no stock, how do they make money.
Not good.needed help took 20 minutes + 4 help 2 get.a product of the wall I couldn't get.be last resort if I go kart again
Awful click n collect service, been 20 minutes waiting with my 1 year old in the cold still waiting.
Pls make sure you get the right customer representative to properly do the job of distribution instead of having the guard sitting there feeling reluctant to explain and serve while sending off that toxic vibe to customers. There's a huge distinction between being a customer representative and a watchdog! Another guard from this outlet has similar attitude as well!
Lower ground floor. If yr picking something up that you've already paid for, park, pickup, and then scan yr ticket at the car park machine - usually don't have to pay for under 15mins. If just over, use the intercom and let them know you were held up a bit in Kmart, usually they good about it
Stood waiting for click and collect for over an hour, had a very bad system of doing things which slowed it down even more.i understand times are tough but simple organisation would have fixed this.also had to pay for parking because they made me stand around for so long.save your time and money honestly.
Worst click and collect experience. SocialQ (the website to book for a specific time to pick up order) did not specify where in the carpark to meet. Barely noticed the sign at the ticket station saying that its on level 3 next to the lifts. Waited a long time to just collect my order. Upon receiving my order the product was not to my expectations so I wanted a refund. The worker informed me that I have to lodge a return form and book a time again. I wanted to do it then and there only for the website to inform me that I have to print the form and have to book a return time again. Upon getting out of the car park security guard kept telling me to pay for parking $3. I constantly told them that I only came here for a click and collect order and the worker informed me it was free parking. After a while, I managed to get out of the car park with no charge to my parking
A very bad click and collect process.if you want to click and collect you would have to be prepared for a terribly confusing experience.
Kmart footscray has been a very good place, since I like to shop more often then usually it's a k.
The click and collect at this store is both a waste of time and useless at following social distancing restrictions. Sat waiting in the car park bay for 25 minutes so the only worker there could come out and scream out a last name and make us get out of the car. Signs no where.
You'll find nearly everything you need here and I'm sure they'll get it in for you if they don't have it on hand.
Worst click and collect exp ever! Firstly the app directs you to the wrong address, nowhere near the shopping complex. Then you go in the car park to pick up as directed and there is zero signage on where you actually need to go. The when you click arrive, it's ask for a bay number. I put it in but apparently is meaningless. Then I gave my name and order number 4 times. Still took 30minutes for them to finally hand me the package. Such a waste of everyone's time! Go to a different Kmart
I really shouldn't come here so often. I wander in to browse but always find bargains to purchase!
