49Staff are ok and service isnt too bad, just the store can be on occasions a messy as a childs bedroom.
Standard kmart. Nothing special.nice sized store. Small electronic section hand it seems like there is always issues with the photograph booth computers
Range, staff location, ease of access to car park for large purchased items are all really good. The new eastland and kart has come a long way.
What ever happened to registers at the door. Paying then have the bag inspected on the way out. What a joke.
Everything is cheap and in good condition, and products look genuinely nice. The store itself is clean, and at times it's quite busy, but there's always a good amount of staff at the registers!
I hate the fact there is no one on the floor to ask questions. We wanted something no price. Went to the price checker it said not in system see an assistant. No assistants of course. Went to checkout with a real person and said how much and felt like she looked at us as if we were stupid because the price SHOULD have been on the shelf or SHOULD have been on the price checker but it was not. I hate these companies but not so much the employees as they dont have a choice. There is no service because they want to cut costs. I would rather pay a little bit more and get help and employ more people. (Same for Coles and Woollworths) These companies treat us like. But what can you do? I know this is a first world problem but one day we we might be all be sorry.
Huge range of products to choose from, could spend hours looking around. Low prices are appealing to all, so check it out.
It's a Kmart like any other and many a bargain to be found. Its location within Eastland however makes it a good choice, as there are many shopping/dining/entertainment offerings to round out your visit.
Too many clothes and they are getting rid of a lot of items they use to have eg: gardening, music, car accessories & entertainment appiances
