New setup is a complete mess! Everything is so crowded. All the category section are everywhere and unorganised. NOT HAPPY. What is the reason for this STUPID new set up.

Would give zero stars but I can’t, new layout design makes no sense and the Kmart doesn’t even feel like a Kmart anymore - they basically just copied eastland targets layout design

Went to click and collect. Total kaos. Staff could not find packages. Code given by Kmart was told useless and needed other code.

Click and collect, want pick up phones or messages back. 45min wait with head office calls. Most disappointed order ever. Just wanted to know where the pick up bay was!

I hate to admit it but the floors are dusty as hell, there was something sticky on the floor and when I told staff she thought I did it

Could not locate item which they admitted they had 13 on hand. Seems it was all a bit too hard for them to look for more than a minute.

First time to go to Eastland and Khartoum is my favourite shop with very affordable prices purchased few things and felt satisfied

Well stocked store with the usual selection of wares. Helpful young staff at checkout and wandering around ready to be of assistance where needed. Good layout, spacing is aisles and ease of checking out.

Big store, but needs better signage to show where merchandise is. Where is the men's shoes? A comprehensive view of floor layout needs to be near the entrance.
Who is the idiot who put the registers in the middle of the floor? They should be at the exit to minimise theft. As it is now, just too easy to walk out with anything you want. Stupid idea.

Amazing kmart, I have no complaints. Quite big in terms of the size of the shop. Wide range of products, so if there is anything you are looking for, I'm sure that kmart will have it or at least a variation of the product. Friendly staff that are more than willing to help. This store looked as if it was kept clean, as everything seemed to be tidy and well kept.
Very enjoyable experience and I will be returning many times in the future!

Decent range, checkout in the middle of the shop and have to show the receipt at the door when leaving, make you feel like a crininal, i hate it

Pretty standard K-Mart experience. Helpful staff, well laid-out store. Perhaps a more limited range of merchandise than other K-Mart stores. Store is clean, well-lit and has ample room between aisles.

Fantastic customer service. I asked a sales assistant to check a product for me over the phone and the sales assistant was so nice and took her time to see if it was available. She liaised with her manager to check about whether it would fit in our car as it was a large item and put it on hold until my husband picked it up from the dock. We aren't in the area and have been searching for this product for a while but we recommend this Kmart over any other!

Terribly rude staff, possibly racist. We are not usually one to complain or point fingers, but the incident today is quite upsetting!
We were at Kmart Eastland today needing to refund a couple of things we had recently bought and unfortunately we have misplaced our receipt. We were served by an older lady by the name of Tracy, and she was remarkably rude to us while processing our refund.
Please note, we were wearing face masks due to COVID19. While we were asking if we could get a refund without our receipt, she remarked about us wearing masks and had commented "How do I know if you didn't just picked the item off from the shelves in our store and asked for refund? " In another word, "how do I know you guys didn't steal from us? ". We had another customer next to us who was also requesting a refund without receipt, and yet no comment as such was made and was processed straight away! We had felt this was an inappropriate comment, probably just because we were wearing mask and we were Asian in appearance.

KMart, next time you hire your staff please do not hire someone who is ignorant and racist!

Lack of mens clothes at BIG W and too many for woman, has womans dressing gowns but not mens. But here at kmart had plenty of mens dressing gowns! Got really cheap bike rack here. Very cheap bike rack only $16

Printing out photos is impossible. The connection points supplied never work. Have tried several times at several stores. Going to the camera shop. Costs more but way more convenient.

Incorrect prices charged at registers and then took ages to.correct and refund money
Also don't like the centre payment system an absolute nightmare

It was ok, but half the books were on one side of the store and half on the other. Also prices for books is quite affordable
