Kmart Doncaster

A Beautiful young lady at the registers named Maddie served me and was absolutely beautiful. She was kind, patient and polite.

I’m not very confident with the self checkout machines and she guided me through it step by step. Had a lovely conversation with me. Felt very welcomed by her.

She made my Kmart experience wonderful. Thank you Maddie. Such a gorgeous young woman.

The K-mart experience was most enjoyable. I see all the new season stock is still On The Waterfront

Unprofessional stuff- inexperienced manager, they wasted my time and they don't know how to communicate with customers

Nice new clean store. Not a big store but carries most items that are selling. Does have quite a large variety. It has a 60 day satisfaction guarantee and I took back 2 x items and was refunded no questions. They were both untouched. This is a big selling point for me knowing that I can return incorrect items for exchange or refund. I will not buy at any store that does not do this.

I placed an online order about 3 weeks ago now for about 10 items. I was told the order was ready to be picked up and to book in a time for collection. When I arrived, only 1 item of the whole order was available and I have since not received anything from the rest of my order and also no response from the store through customer service. This is really shocking that Kmart has essentially taken my money without providing the goods.

I went to the store today with 2 family members.

We were in the mens section and the aisle was very small, about 1m across.
We were the only people in the area.

I turned around and accidently stepped on the heel of a staff member who came to hang shirts.
She was not 1.5m from me or my family.
She did not say excuse me or make herself known to us, otherwise we would have moved out of her way.
I apologised but told her that she should not be that close to people. And she had the audacity to look at me like it was my fault.
She was an older woman, short blonde/white hair.

Please teach your staff members to socially distance from others.

K mart is located in the ground floor of the westfield doncaster.nearst car park is yellow (coles and woolwarth side car park)

Really love this kmart! There is so much stock of everything available and this makes its so much easier to shop in.
The actual layout of the kmart appears to be very different to your traditional kmarts, making it challenging to adjust to when you first walk in. However, the staff are very friendly and as a result there is no way you could ever get lost and or confused as to the location of any items.
The store itself is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. This however may be because of the fact that it is still relatively new.
Like all kmarts you will always manage to find something you will walk away with.
It was an amazing experience and will be returning.

This is the worst one I stepped in. Staff were not friendly at all and no one helped me out to find what I was looking for.
