So messy and dirty I went there at night time all cloths and stuff r on the floor. Staff was good helpfully. Some of the boxes opened people do robbery over there I think so

Unfortunately they were low on stock post Christmas, Covid may also be a contributing factor, who knows. Place was clean and quiet for a early Saturday morning and we were served by a very delightful young lady at checkout, wish I had have got here name, people like ger make shopping easier.

Been going to Kmart for 30 years and boy do I love shopping there especially now that it has silver jewelry.

Horrible customer service! One of the chicks in front desk of tech products around 4.50pm on 22/02/21 is one of the rudest people I’ve ever seen.

Low on stock. There use to be much more variety and was much more well organised. The staff are nice and friendly but obvious there has been a cut in staffing levels. Biggest concern however is i have noticed for the last couple of months there is absolutely no air ventilation what so ever. You can not breath without a mask let alone with one on. I feel for the ground staff that have to work in such an environment! Sorry kmart you need to look after your staff as well as customers!

I recently was searching online for a product that I wanted and I saw that campbellfield Kmart had it in stock. I then decided to call the store just to confirm that they had this product in stock. Once calling the store the phone was dialing for 10 minutes with no answer. After 10 long minutes a team member finally picked up only to inform me that they are going to transfer me to another department, which also added another 5 minutes to the already long phone call for someone else to finally pick up. This lady had informed me that she would check to see if it was in stock, this resulted in being put on hold for another 10 minutes. She then returned to the call to tell me that the store had it in different variations. I then ended the call and decided to drive to the store 20 minutes later. I searched for this product only to find out that I had been misinformed and the product was NOT in stock. Please make sure ya employees are not misinforming customers.

Excellent business. I still have my furniture. Every some or so some years or laisse K-mark does home decor / furniture. It's good.

I requested a product to be transferred to another store as it was closer to home.
The person on the phone assured me that she has put it aside to be transferred. She also informed me that it could take 2 weeks for the transfer which I was ok with. 5 weeks later I call Kmart to follow up and behold! Nobody knew about the transfer I was referring to and they did not know how to investigate my query
I ended up speaking to the manager on duty and she pulled out a couple of items off the shelf and put them on hold for me to collect from THEIR store! Lucky they still had what I wanted in stock! Not a great customer experience Kmart!

Its kmart. What's Not to love about kmart! Cheap prices, large variety of stock, ample parking, wheelchair access and parking, it's in a great location and easy to access from all surrounding suburbs

Waiting at the checkout for at least 20 min. Only 2 checkouts open, but there were 2 staff members assisting the self serve checkouts. I absolutely refuse to use the self checkouts. Not good service KMart

This is a 24 hour Kmart, its a massive store, and using the highway it's only a 15-20 minute drive. Everybody has one of those 'gotta get this now' moments!

Very very messy! Beauty department an absolute disgrace. Shelves were practically empty or were mixed up with wrong product placements, not only that but the shelves themselves were filthy and covered in whatever had spilt out from months ago!
Absolutely disgusted!

It's always open and I usually find what I'm looking for at a great price.
The staff are kind and always there to help.

There should be more checkouts.and staff. It's wild.
I can't believe how much more abd better merch I can get here in comparison with Broady.

A little chaotic (I'd say that's the time of year more than anything) but well stocked!

Worth the extra 10 minute drive to avoid Kmart plenty valley.

Don't go there past 12 am and you're fine, the store is a mediocre Kmart like most are but when you're bored it's perfect go the maccas get a coffee or frozen coke then go look at cheap stuff that you kinda want but kinda dont need and it's a good night. Bonus - play hide n' seek (but still be respectful to the store)

We all love Kmart. This one is open 24hrs which is great when you get told at 9pm that there is a bday or dress up the next day. Also you can take the kids on days when they just can't stop fighting for a shopping trip and buy them $2-3 things and it will make them happy. Not to reward them! But to give you mental peace!

I liked it, they have fresh foods, milk, etc. Much to buy and explore, nice place to do a kmart run at night times. But there isnt much helpers around.

Always go there for shopping and found it good apart from recent fit out change that they have done.other than that all good
