Kmart Campbellfield

Worst ever Kmart across entire Victoria. Poor customer service and no apology if things are done wrong by their staff.
Have been chasing a bicycle for over 3 days now but no response whatsoever.
Poor management!

Pathetic, no social distancing occurring here.
People were cramped in the checkout isle and staff were ignoring this.
I mentioned to the female staff member at the exit as she was checking receipts and her response was 'This has been occurring for month's.
I emailed head office on Saturday night and I'm still waiting for a response.

28/07/2021 @8: 30PM have a look at the cameras.
Hundreds of shoppers crammed in. Management paid no attention to density quotient. No social distancing adhered to. I would hate to imagine if this place has an infection. It can get really bad.

Way too many customers without masks, staff not enforcing check in rule either. Security at the door seems pointless considering they don't actually do anything.

Also, please paint the arrows at the entry larger, most people don't seem to understand them.

Click & collect service is horrible.
No sing no info where to collect
I waited for half an hour on the entrance waiting for my order as this was my first time for click and collect but then the coffee shop lady informed me to go other side and collect the order. Also the staff was rude. The backside gate was open Nd no sign about no entrance so I mistakenly entered keeping a distance but still got scolded by the staff even though I apologised for that.

Attempted to print photos for over an hour, tried every machine, nothing was working and there were no signs to say that the photos weren’t working

Received amazing customer service from the older lady at the entrance. She was able to help me right there to remove the security tags I went home still on my clothes I purchased the day before! 10/10

Really poor click and collect. No signposting at front of store to inform it’s at the back.

I booked using the online form and then checked in when I arrived. I then had to enter the store with another similarly confused shopper to enquire on where to go (defeating the purpose of contactless click and collect).

When I found it at the back, I had to get out of my car and press the doorbell for 2 seconds to alert staff.

I then had to find the order number on my original email despite being given a new and completely useless code at checkin.

Staff then went and picked my item and handed it to me.

Completely not contact free click and collect. Fail

The staff here are very rude and terrible speaking to customers. The check in desks are not deployed with staff leading to long wait hours.

It looks like the staff are over worked and under paid and not trained on customer service. What a shame for such a big brand. These are the reason why people buy online instead.

Always packed out with people and shelves always fully stocked with Bargains you won't resist! They offer Anything and Everything a person could want to make staying in a pleasure. Prices are so low yet quality is much better than you would expect.

Has so many things to choose from and usually has items in stock, I love shopping at kmart for my home, personal items, pets and gifts.

Thank you kmart for the 24hour service. I was in urgent need of a breast pump at 12 midnight and got the electric one you have in Anko. It was the best purchase and works amazing. Thank you for making if so affordable and accessible! Love kmart!

Cheap everything, 24/7

This is my go to kmart from where I live. The shop is large although can be quite packed at times. I think the real of kmart comes from visiting the store during its late night sessions. Large open spaces, quiet halls and bright lights. There's something nice about roaming through kmart grabbing things that catch your eye.

Huge store has the best range and a lot of it! It’s a bit out of the way for me but happy to go here as I know they will have a large variety and probably stuff that I don’t need but I end up buying ‍️

Still very basic service. Always busy so expect the place to look like a mess but staff fo what they can.

Pathetic. They ask you to pay at the centre of the store then security checks you as if you are stealing at front door. Just a poor system that assumes customers are thrives. Disgusting

Walked in to do do some shopping for my husband while my computer was being repaired down the road. The people there were very nice and service was much better then the Kmart in my area. Very good. People were very friendly

Need to restock their shelves more often. Couldn't get what I needed as not stocked. Also online they say they have something & then not in store. Better calling before you go.

It would be really great if when you ring up any KMART store that they answer the phone i have tried 5 different stores and no one is answer gets very annoying once they answer they are very helpfull thanks
