Kmart Airport West

I'm not a fan of the new checkouts in the middle of the store layout. Prices are good, staff members hard to find. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I love this Kmart. Such a large variety of choice and large volume of stock. I enjoy spending quality time walking around and looking at all of the latest arrivals.

I like kmart but same as big w they got rid of the good range of camping and fishing gear they did have. They have made there clothing range bigger thoug.

Staff has no idea where things are. I asked for a shot glass section, the pointed me to the glasses area, I got there and asked the staff to help me find shot glasses, she said Kmart didn't have them in stock. On the way out, I picked up something and stood in queue to pay, and there they were facing me, 5 for $10, with mixers for cocktails. Pathetic.

Been shopping at this Kmart for many years now. And over that time, the range and layout as changed so many times. However you always find what you need at an affordable price, so I cannot complain.

Don't like the new layout of the store. Hard to manoeuvre my Mum's wheelchair around in all the seperated "rooms". Also miss their dvd section. The area where you get photos developed now also has become a genetal help nightmare with very long queues.

I'm sorry but why they have to have the registers in the middle of the store? Would be 5 stars if they stayed with the registers at the front.

Conveniently located, just as good as any other Kmart, and specials are a bit of a luck of the draw!

So happy with everything l brought. So many bargains. You can truly get everything you need. I do miss the d.v. D section though

Choices are endless. Lovely clothes and other thing for both adults and children. Just love the gift tree for the disadvantaged families out there they really make everyones christmas a great one. Staff are lovely nothing is too hard for them when it comes to helping out their customers.

Nice new look. Bit confusing coming the first time as things are not where they used to be. Bright clean spacious. Great makeover that heightens the feel of being in an upmarket store. Keep up the great prices and quality and your on the right road.

Recently refurbished store where the check out is in the middle of the store. Find the layout a bit odd but still, it's Kmart.

Drove here from another location to pick up a present that they had in stock. Website says they're open till 8 on Sundays, the sign outside says they're open till 8, got there at 7 and they are closed. Not happy

Nice and clean. 100 times then kmart Broadmeadows, where the workers are so rude and shop always with minimal stock.

Kmart is always a great place to shop. Huge variety of goods and at great prices. Like their home section, I always find something to buy

Finally the kmart airport west got a re-vamp.
Loving the latest homewares collection wish they sold a wider range of furniture so I had somewhere to put everything. Loving to back entrance check outs now that there is more than 2 registers.
Not really happy with the self service would prefer to have someone put they through my items. I am not that co-ordinated and it feels like I am always getting told of. ' unexpected item in the bagging area'. My anxiety kicks right in when I hear that.

The layout of Kmart stores nationally allows you to go to any store and instantly know the right area to find what you are looking for.
Still not a fan of the centralised payment system though.

Not a good idea with check outs located in the middle of the store, if you are after something near the front and a quick exit, forget it.
