Kmart Airport West

Fantastic. Not the most conveniently located and the car park scares me, but this Kmart is very well stocked and the staff was very helpful.

A young girl who works here has immaculate customer service! I always come back when i know she is working, she helps me with everything! Her beautfiul blonde hair and wiispy eyelashes covered in mascara is one of many reasons i cant keep away from airport west Kmart! <3 She is my scret crush lowkey.bye.lovve u

I didn't visit Kmart Airport West today. I only walked past it so this is questionable for me to give this experience a rating?
I cannot even get rid of the 1 star rating which Kmart probably doesn't deserve which apparently means I hate it!

Like any other Kmart, but with a lot more variety or you can say availability of their products. I was able to get whatever I was looking for.

They had nothing that I wanted. Then went to another store and the same. Kmart need to stock the shelves more often.

Just went there masked nose breathers everywhere and heaps no mask at all extremely uncomfortable place to be.

Was looking for a queen size elec blanket but out of stock as well.
Otherwise clean tidy and helpful staff

Terrible. Young lady by the name of Monique was very rude to me. She ignored me and walked off multiple times while I was talking to her. Also saw her hiding merchandise in her pockets.

Always like to go there, there's always something that catches your eye, this time i was a bit disappointed seeing so many empty shelves, dont take me wrong, maybe they were about to refill them.hope next visit will be more enjoyable.

Good place to shop. Helpfull staff during check out. It' just some of the product I was looking for was not available, went to other K-Mart and found the items I was after. Heaps of shoppers in store, social distancing was ignored.

This is a large Kmart that caters to to all your household needs. From Clothes to cleaning products, it's here. However, the range is not great for men's clothes but it has the essentials

Today I went to Kmart to get my daughter some clothing exchanged I'd ordered online.

I was in complete shock at how many people were in your store. There was no warning in isles. People grouped together everywhere, no social distancing at all! Far too many people in store.

I left as it felt too risky. You guys should be ashamed and this behaviour will definately lead to relapses in covid 19

Seems to be the best value for money, from my observations. Even on a busy Saturday morning, the store "greeter" gave me a pleasant smile. The downside of the new checkout system is that this same greeter might ask to check your bags and receipts. By law, no one is required to stop and submit themselves to this procedure. (unless the store security footage suspects that an item was "lifted", without intending to pay. I personally have no issue with this request, as I do not take this personally.but I can understand why others might.

It’s a reasonable store for anything you would expect to pick up at a Kmart.
The photo department terminals never really work so if you’re going there for that download the app and submit them that way ahead of time so they’re ready to collect.
The other major gripe is the checkouts. Whoever though the central payment location was a good idea clearly needed to do some more testing. The line for checkout is also packed with candy and toys, there’s no way to avoid that which again is frustrating when you’re there with kids.

Big, clean. Easy to get to.

Tons of under cover and open air carparking within the Airport West shopping complex. All single storey.

Terrible customer service, no one is around on the floor to help you. I called the store to ask if they had stock of a particular item, they said yes, I drove all the way there and of course. 'not in stock'. When I settled for a replacement item and approached the check out, there were 3 attendants standing around who appeared to be severely intellectually challenged. I had no choice but to use self service. One of the attendants hovered over me, breathing down my neck like I was trying to steal something, yet failed to remove the ink security tag on a clothing item I bought. If you are breathing down a customers neck, yet can't have enough initiative to remove a security tag so a customer doesn't have to make yet ANOTHER pointless trip to the store.should you really be working in a retail store? Pathetic.

You can always give Kmart 5 stars as I'm sure I speak for most people when I say this place is nothing short of exceptional and great value for money. List or in particular has great customer service comma has always a plenty of stock and always come out with plenty of bargains

Love Kmart! Always have new stock and great clearance prices on older stock.
You can pretty much redecorate every room in the house right here!
So many things to choose from so give yourself a bit of time to look around and see what’s there.
Good to see they have bought in some brand names like Everlast

Untidy and cheap nasty things that don't work.the staff seemed frazzled and so was i after 5 minutes here.there were flakes of skin on top of a pile of t-shirts.disgusting.
