I am super duper impressed with how amazingly they treated my rescue boy during his first ever grooming session! They really went above and beyond to be kind and accommodating to his needs and personality, as well as to me as his owner.

A moment that stood out was when, when he started freaking out in the shower, the groomer put her face, with her eyes shut, to his as a delicate way of saying "it's ok" and he noticably calmed down. When they found he was frightened of the blow dryer they even let him stay inside the gentle dryer box for 1.5 hours! When they moved him from station to station they were so gentle as well, and when he struggled or escaped they displayed no frustration or irritation at all and managed it in a serene and understanding manner.

Not only was there so much care and even love put into every step of the experience for my cat, but they were super helpful towards me as well. For instance they:
1. Let me watch the process, and even pulled up a stool for me to stay with my boy as he sat in the dryer box.
2. Let me (as well as other customers) hold and cuddle the groomer's gentle resident ragdoll while waiting.
3. Searched around for a carrier bag I could use to bring him home (as the boy broke the door of his on his way over), and when that didn't work out helped me tape up my carrier as a short-term solution so I could safely carry him home.

It came across extremely clear throughout the process how experienced the groomers were with cats, and how much they love animals. Not to mention he came out of it smelling and looking amazing!

I also really appreciated how the dog and cat sections of the spa were largely separated, and they kept the dogs away while my cat was being groomed.

I will absolutely be bringing him back for future appointments! If you're looking for a welcoming, accommodating, cozy and professional place to bring your cat for routine nail clipping or a full groom, look no further. If they could handle my ex-stray furbaby this well while miraculously keeping him calm, I'm sure they could handle any of yours!

They literally dragged my very small puppy across the floor by her lead cause she was scared and then they traumatised her with the clippers she's terrified of them now even though we had got her used to them at home prior to her going.
My partner went to pick her up at the quoted time and she was still in a tiny waiting cage so we had to wait another hour when we picked her up she was shaking from the experience never going back

This is my second time bringing my Pomeranian here and I'm so pleased, he looks and smells fabulous! I always get nervous that groomers will cut too much fur on double-coated dog but the staff listened and just trimmed where I had specified. They were so lovely, prompt and offered a range of wonderful services for a really good price. My all time favourite groomers and I will be coming back regularly. I had booked an appointment for my dog, 3 weeks prior to the day. When the day came they sent a message 1 and half hours before the appointment because there was a Covid case in store. On any other occasion this would be alright however they stated through text that they would change our appointment and tell us later that day when it would be. From the 3rd of March, (The day we had booked for), till now they have not gotten back to us at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Took my 3 cats for their wash to kloud9 for the first time. All my cats hate baths so I was very nervous leaving them there. The team is so nice and friendly. We got two supreme wash and one general wash. The babies came out soft and smelling fresh. They did not look stressed. Will definitely recommend and visit again. They also took photos and sent it to us. Thankyou Irene and team for the wonderful service.

We have full grooming done at Kloud9 pet spa regularly. They are super experienced with dog spa and styling. The grooming results are absolutely amazing! Their staffs are always friendly also patient, my girl loves them and excited for visiting them all the time. Highly recommend

Super friendly team that made my dog feel super comfortable for his first groom and taking extra time to make sure it went well. When I picked him up he was so fresh and clean and really happy after getting lots of treats and pets. I also had lots of comments from people about how soft he was for weeks after.

Everyone is friendly, considerate and patient. The venue is clean with cozy fragrance. My cat smells great and her coat becomes even softer than before. I was quite nervous and worried for my cat’s first wash, so they allow me to be with her the whole time - deshedding, washing, drying, brushing. It really eases my nerves a lot seeing her enjoys the grooming (except for the washing part, where she’s super super mad). I’ll definitely recommend this place to other cat pawrents

Cannot speak highly enough of cloud9 petspa. My rescue dog responds very badly to other animals. They went above and beyond to ensure she had no exposure to other animals. The girls were lovely and did a perfect groom. Could not be happier.see you next time.

I highly recommend Kloud9. My precious dog is small, very hairy and extremely difficult. Her wash and cut would be a gruelling job and takes a long time. I’ve taken her to Kloud9 about 4 or 5 times now. They always persevere with her. Next time I go I will also take my new puppy. I can trust them with my girls. It’s also really easy to make appointments. They have a great work ethic and make every effort to be accommodating. Great customer service.

Took my cavoodle here for a 10am appointment on Saturday, no one opened the shop until 10: 07. Met with rude person who didn't listen to what I wanted for my Cavoodles haircut, charged me $115 for a shocking groom. Made me pay by Cash or Bank transfer no eftpos. Hope its not a tax dodge. Overall never coming here again

Kloud9pet is definitely a cat paradise, we can watch our cat get a bubble spa while playing with other cats. Excellent experience!

Very upset with the whole experience - my groodle puppy got completely shaved even after repeatedly informing them not to do so, I wasn’t even informed before they decided to shave him, they said he had to be shaved because he was matted (which he wasn’t). He had just recovered from a surgery and needed to get a little bit of cleaning done but the girl (Kaylee) said she wasnt uncomfortable touching the area even after informing that the vet has okayed him to be cleaned. He was also nicked on the right ear, my dog is very stressed now, he is trying to bite us if we are trying to get close to him which he has never done before. Owner was very apologetic but requested us to pay half the cost which I wasn’t comfortable with but eventually agreed to not charge us, I don’t even think my dog will ever be okay getting groomed.never coming back here

Unprofessional. Came here to get my cat's nails clipped and was told to sit down on a stool in the middle of a room filled with cats and to hold my cat during the nail clipping process. My cat was terrified and dug his nails into my forearm.

Next time, it would be great to be warned beforehand that you are required to hold your own cat in the middle of a room with other roaming cats.
