Would highly recommend bringing your pooch here. The staff are incredibly friendly.
My dog can be a difficult groom but they handled him like pros. He looked and smelled amazing afterwards.

Kloud9 have done such a lovely job on my little Digger. He is very fussy with his paws and nervous about strangers but they must have a magic touch because they said he was no trouble at all- a first for Digger! They even removed the hard to handle fee which I had voluntarily added when booking online. I will let the before and after photos speak for themselves!

Very happy. Booked Online. They were ready for Frankie. The main thing is Frankie was happy with her nail clip & bottom trim. Well priced too.

Kloud9 have impressed us greatly with their patience and perseverance when grooming our cheeky scissor-shy Cocker Spaniel. Hair cut time is his least favourite thing ever, but with their alacrity and resourcefulness they are able to achieve what at times feels like an impossible feat! Thank you for helping us while we work towards his training and make it less traumatic for all involved!

SUCH a great groomer (dog / mini labrodoodle)! Especially Ben - really went above and beyond to touch up a few pieces. Such a lovely studio and my girl comes out looking super smart. Really reasonably priced and super quick too! 1hr and a half max:) thank you!

Came here to bring my 2 dogs for a wash (long haired dachshunds). I cannot comment on grooming as I only opted for wash and dry. The service and result was great. Dogs were clean, dry, soft and smelling great. Kind staff, and they were on-time too with their service. Thank you.

We are so happy to find this place! The groomers are really kind and soft with the pets, the result is excellent and detailed. The place is organized by areas and you can see everything through the windows if you like. It is good that they don’t use medicines to calm the dogs while working. Highly recommended! It is the first time that our puppy doesn’t have his eyes red after grooming and is active and happy! Thank you so much we will come back here for sure!

They did a great job clipping my nervous older cat. He had matted fur and the staff were very skilled in making sure his cut was even. He was calm when we collected him too. The staff seem like genuine animal lovers and were very gentle.

Very expensive and they didn’t didn’t wash or blow dry. He looked virtually the same coming out as going in.

I asked for my dogs coat to be cut short, where I was told that couldn't be done due to sun protection.he has had it cut a lot shorter from the same place last year. His coat has been cut maybe 2mm which is nothing. The fading is very uneven and he has long hairs and short hairs mixed in random spots now. His nails we're not trimmed (which it says they will do during the grooming). For a nearly 2 hour service at $145+ it was not worth the time or price.

The team was so friendly and welcomed me with a wide smile. Then, they cared for my two cats, groomed and brushed their teeth with noticeable care. I couldn't be happier with their service and prices ️

Sadly disappointed but maybe I was expecting to much for a first time puppy. Good service at an expensive price. I have had to re-cut some of the work to even it out so my puppy could look better.

I only have one other place to compare my dog’s grooming experience to, but putting the grooms side by side, this is the place I prefer over the other groomer. Reasons include, my cavoodles come out looking a bit more cute and the styling of the head and tail is more in line with what looks good on my babies and it grows out nicely. The cons are a bit pricey, they just had a price increase recently, which they do every year. These grooms cost more than my my husband’s salon haircuts on Chapel street! To me that’s is just ridiculous that we would pay more money for a pet groom than a human haircut all because groomers are in short supply and they can charge those outrageous prices. I’ll also add that the clipper body trims are totally even. It looks like they run the clipper once and not multiple times to get it even. Covid fur babies are a blessing, but times are rough when the demand is high for good groomers.
