Kitchen Workshop reviews
49Been quite a few times and had my 21st here too. Staff was very accommodating to all my guests and their birthday cake was amazing too!
You know the saying quality over quantity? Well this restaurant means the opposite.overall, the quality of the food was very mediocre.the range was quite minimal. I felt like the price was justified for the environment and atmosphere, not the food.it's an okay place for a informal gathering. Take your friends and family here, but not your date. Communication with staffs are minimal and they look like they worry about their work more than making the the vibe more positive. View is okay, only if you're sitting next to the windows.
Poor service. Get ready to be treated like cattle in the yard. The supervisor refused entry to my girlfriend back into the restaurant to use the toilets. Apparently after spending $120 there it doesn't qualify for bathroom access. I confronted the supervisor who was shrugging his shoulders and said he had to protect the Buffet. Wow. Needs some lessons in empathy and service. AVOID at all costs.
Went there a few times over the last few months.love the chinese and indian foods there, fantastic selection of salads.really fun dessert section.traditional roast section.overall very enjoyable.can get a bit repetitive if you go too often, but otherwise, a thoroughly enjoyable buffet
As far as buffets go this is not a bad place. The place is clean and comfortable, the staff is helpful and welconing, and food is fine.
Good value for the food quality. Affordable and tasty. The only feedback is the waiting time to pay at the entrance. There was like 4 people in the front but only 1 lady handling the payment. Not sure what the rest doing there.
Nice food for a reasonable price. Softdrink is included in the buffet. Good selection of food and desserts. Tip: ask to become a crown member, it's free to do so and will get you a discount on the buffet.
Food, service and staff from Han at the front desk, to the guys that show you to your seat to Louis the chef, everything was great. I use a walking stick and I have food allergies. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was looked after. The food was delicious and Louis cooked me up probably one of the tastiest pieces of fish I have ever had. I cannot speak highly enough about the Kitchen Workshop Buffet.
A nice variety of mains and desserts. It was a welcome change now they include postmix drinks in the price. Fancier seafood is extra if you want it, but there's a variety of options without.
A good place to catch up with a group of hungry friends when you don't want to break the bank.
