It was my birthday treat and i ordered my fav Singapore Chilli Crab. The crab meat was mushy and breaks apart. Only a dead crab would release enzymes and turn the crab meat to mush. The sauce doesnt taste like S'pore Chilli Crab at all. Sigh. The crab was barely 2 lbs but was charged 3.25lbs. Please refer to attached photo. We complained to the friendly waitress. The restaurant manager told us that they will replace another crab on our next visit. Why not replace immediatey! No point arguing.paid the bill and will never eat there again. Our first and last.
