I had a frustrating experience with slow food service. After waiting for 20 minutes for my order, I requested a cancellation due to the delay. However, the lady refused, stating the food was almost ready and displayed a dismissive attitude. I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes before finally receiving my order

I ordered 4 serves of crab noodles and they only gave us 2 then we complained and gave up 4 more we couldn’t finish plus all the other dishes we ordered and told us one serve of noodle for 6$ was cheap and we could buy it WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL and one dish took nearly an hour so long we nearly left without it

The food was very good! I went to the place and a cute asian boy came a gave me one of the most amazing food ever! Also it was super sigma

This food was super sigma and i felt like a giga chad when i ate this i recommend this to all sigmas

Very disappointed. The service is not professional, the entre dish came after the main course. The noddle was overcooked. The pricing is different from the ad on WeChat.

We ordered the Chinese New Year Peng Cai with them. It far exceeded my expectations. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop going back for more.

Not bad with karaoke device in the room. Normal dishes were good.

But their vegetarian dishes had some areas for improvement.
For example, religious vegetarian food should have no onion, chive, spring pinion, etc. Friend asked deliberately and waitress said ok but they still had those in following dishes unfortunately.

Food was overall presented at a mediocore level, though most dishes were very salty, service poor and slow, which really needs reconsideration. Though the highlight would be the acceptable price

And please don't let a minor to serve alcohol

Restaurant decor looks basic.
Food quality is average at best. Having said this, the food is not bad, nor is it top notch.
The staff seems polite, although the head waitress (possibly the manager) forgotten some of our order, which is be disappointing.
Prices of food is competitive and reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber.
Customer service and attention to details to what the customer wants and ordered obviously needs improvement.

Was looking forward giving this place a go, but much to my disappointment I was overcharge in weight for the crabs. I am comparing to crabs I had a few weeks ago which were larger and at 2.8pounds, K ho charged me 3.2pounds. Beware!

Salted Egg yolk crab is superb, cant find elsewhere else

Chicken can be ranked top10 in Melbourne too

Would not recommend this place, the service was really bad, some of the food was ok but the crabs that cost us over $100 were not fresh, all the flesh was sticking to the shell and the flesh in the smaller legs were dry and inedible. For the price go to Gold Leaf up the road, a restaurant with consistent quality.

Bad experience in this restaurant. Very bad service attitude. Wait staff ask if we booked, we said no and ask us wait for 10 minutes (which there are plenty free tables). There were just 3 tables, 2 tables had done eating and the another table food served.
Food served late! We ordered 4 dishes, only 2 dishes were served! The other 2 dishes were served after 1 hour!
Will never come back again and will not recommend any friend to this restaurant.

Horrible food. Prawns were raw, whole family is hving stomachache after it. Pork rib is not made of pork rib but pork skin curl. It used to be great, but recently they changed a new chief.

Be weary when you order the crab/lobster. We were over charged by over a pound. Took over 45mins to place our order. Ran out of rice. Sorry we won't be coming back.

One of my worst Chinese food dining experience in Melbourne. We ordered steam chicken, pipi in XO sauce, bean sprout in garlic sauce, steam fish, pig trotter in chilli flakes, braised beef and potatoes. It was a dinner for a group of our close friends whom we have not met for years.
When placing order, staff kept urging us to choose the most expansive and biggest sized (2kg+) fish. Steamed chicken was dry and tasteless; pipi portion is way too small for the price they charged and Chinese doughnuts were soaked underneath and became way too mushy; braised beef and potatoes have more beef tendons than meat itself; pig trotter has no meat; fish was mushy and cold; and bean sprout was tasteless with root parts included in the dish.
I have not had worse quality of food throughout my almost 10 years living in Melbourne and this meal costs more than $300! A truly disappointing night for us.

We had a great company diner tonight, the lobster is so nice, we definately will be back to try other dishes again.

There were mixed opinions about this place amongst my friends but so far my visits were good. Hope they keep up good works. Crab dishes were good. Salted egg dishes were good too.

Salted egg crab was delicious! The staff are very helpful and friendly. All the dishes were super tasty. Definitely recommend getting the pippies with the Chinese donut and fried bread on the side to soak up all the sauce!

Drive past many times, This time we popped in, we're glad we did. The Food was great, excellent service and friendly staff, The Seafood lobster and Lamb rib was so delicious and it's one of the best asian authentic cuisine I ever tasted. I will definately come back with my family on Mother's day!
