Misleading advertising and consistent dishonest service, Absolute liars. How are these people still in business?

Bought a record player off them, when it came it wasnt working so we asked for trouble shooting advice. They took days to reply and the advice didnt work so we sent it back. After sending it back they told us it works and refused to return it unless we paid extra money.still no resolution.

HAVING USED THIS COMPANY QUITE A BIT AND MUST SAY I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE WITH THEM AND HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFULL WHEN NEEDED

I have bought several items from this company and each time I have had excellent service. Only one item wasn't working, after contacting them they replied quickly and were very supportive. The item was returned and replaced at their cost, they kept in contact regularly during this time. I cannot make any complaints about cost or service. Bought a Bluetooth FM transmitter through KG electronics - Once received it did not work/was faulty - Emailed them numerous times to arrange a refund or exchange (at least 4 times) - Still to this day have not received a reply! (HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!) - DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
