Placed an order on jan 5th for 3 piece framed pictures. Was sent a message saying dispatched and given an aus post tracking number. After days of checking tracking which still isn’t in the system, I sent two messages to the seller asking what was going on. No replies to both. I then had to call catch.com.au to speak to someone who then sent them a message on my behalf. Got a reply from kg saying it must be stuck in transit and they’ll lodge an investigation with aus post. Messaged again today to ask what’s happening and again nothing. Pretty hard to lose 3 decent sized picture frames. Very disappointed and very bad communication from kg

What an amazing company!
KG group have an amazing range of products and they are one of my top ‘go to stores’
On multiple occasions I have made queries on products to discover which one would be best suited, and I have been met with nothing short of timely replies and extremely helpful advice.
If I remember correctly, his name was Ganon, and credit to the company for having such amazing staff! His knowledge and expertise of their products is one of the main reasons why I continue to shop with KG Group.
Would give 10 stars if I could!

Selling VESA adapter with only 4 screws that is unable to use.

Interestingly, my mate order the same item from this store on the same date. Different packing, 12 screws, and even with a manual.

Super slow response, 6 days since the initial communication, they told me supplier says" the idea is to use those 4 screws to fit this adaptor plate to the VESA mount on their original bracket's VESA" I am sure you can magically connect the monitor arm with VESA adapter by AIR.

Tried to ignore my question and tried to charge me for change of mind? Funny.

Tracking info stated that the Item damaged in transit and in the process of returning to the seller before I even receive them. I have requested refund. I heard no response from this company. I ask if I can speak to a manager and I was given no contact details. Can you please refund my money. Thanks

Thanks for reply. Item got damaged in transit which you should have insurance to cover or courier company has insurance to cover and a buyer should holds no responsibility. The right thing to do is to refund my money and sort it out with the courier company.your case with courier company has nothing to do with me and why not refund my money?

Bought size 12 shoes. They send wrong size. A week after I inform them they say they cannot replace and I should return shoes. Terrible service and I will avoid them in the future.

Missing item and says they need evidence. If your pathtic staff can't count when putting items in a box after several photos sent through you are nothing but scams! Pathetic. Don't waste your money

Ordered an item from them via third party company, trdeived no acknowledgement from the company taking the order. Contacted KG spoke to a very astute lady called Hayley who immediately confirmed receipt of order and sent me tracking details and invoice, she apologised that the company taking the order had not confirmed the order. Not for her to apologise KG have done everything right. Very happy and will use again.

Ordered from KG Electronic via Amazon. The items arrived quickly, however while unpacking we noticed the items did not meet our requirements.
So I requested a return via Amazon, but this is apparently at the digression of the KG Electronics, who have not responded to 3 requests. Also called them, but there is just message asking to email them. So I contacted them via the website form and (guess what) no response!

Terrible customer service. I did not receive my items and still unresolved. Their staff are patronising at best, and either lazy or just mean people at worst. Right from my first interaction they refused to assist in any kind of resolution. Note Catch of the Day sells their items so be careful. Genuinely not worth the trouble.

It took from 8th November to 9th December to receive a refund for a faulty Westinghouse Instant hot water dispenser from KG Electronic. It took intervention from Catch Customer Service before I obtained an eParcel returns label. Catch Market Place Disputes team then had to negotiate a refund after KG Electronic refused to issue one as they do not issues refunds after 30 days. The appliance developed a fault that posed a safety risk 2 months after purchase and it came with a 12 month warranty. Fortunately Catch were very helpful, supportive and professional. KG Electronic however were not and their customer support and policies need to be reviewed and changed to protect consumers who rely on purchasing goods online.
