I should have written this review years ago but it is what it is

i have nothing to say except the fact that the chicken is plain soggy
just pure dissapointment

Nice food, every bit of the order is correct, no pepper mayo on mine, love it! Location and Cleanliness is great too. Don't fool about drive thru, just do takeaway, unless u want fries.

One of the staff who attended us for online order is very rude. I know we ordered 36 pieces of chicken, but you shouldn't raise your voice and throw a tantrum. I should have made a fuss and I do regret not to do so. Some people just hate their job and bring an unpleasant experience to others. Just go outside the plaza and there is another KFC shop. I know it is an inconvenience, but it is better having a bad experience after a good day out.

Order placed was a dinner 4 two and a zinger box. Thank you KFC Werribee plaza - upon returning Home we Did NOT receive our Burger in the Box. Not the first time we have been ripped off. Do not recommend

This was actually the store outside Werribee Plaza. At the drive through, I ordered a Dinner for 2 and a Zinger Box. Paid with a debit card. No Receipt offered. My order delivered through the window.
Once Home I discovered the Zinger Burger was missing. I tried to call the store. Only a recorded message stating your call cannot be taken & you cannot leave a message. Call back later! What an Insult to Injury! This is not good enough! Worse still, this is not the first time! I have, in the past received inedible, overcooked chicken.
* this store definitely needs attention from management.

I whent to KFC WERRIBEE PLAZA and got surggy chips ended up getting stuck in my throat the burgger had stuff all salad on it
The staff need to learn how to cook the chips and make there burgers

I went to the KFC to pick up orders for friends who are not able to drive i tried to place an order and had to repeat several times what i wanted got past that then get to the window to pay and i got told its cash only cash my friends cash is legal tender and should be accepted when card can not be provided i had to overdraw my bank bank account now im getting hit with the fee for overdrawing thank you very much
all stores should have cash in the store for people who dont have cards some people still have bank books and no cards thats their right but its not the right of a shop to refuse payment of cash i spoke to the girl who was taking the order then spoke to another lady who had no compassion at all and if she is a manager she should sacked such bad customer services and staff need manners training as a priority some of the staff at this store are so rude

Usually Is great service but I ordered six wings and an employee gave me three.always check our order.

Been to both this one amd the one inside multiple times. We always order the same thing, Cheap as chips which is meant to have 8 pcs chicken, just perfect for our young family. However, everytime, and i am not joking, everytime we get only 6 pieces. If we order extra chicken, we will still get 2 less chickens. Its like both the stores do it on purpose. Its not enough that they charge you so much, let alone give you small pieces and now they are even cheating on chicken pieces. Count your chickens peeps!

This KFC restaurant gave excellent service to my boyfriend and I. The boys working there were so friendly, communicated clearly, and were working above and beyond to get our food to us quickly. To top it off, the food was so fresh. We were really impressed!

Yesterday in drive through I ordered Zinger Box and requested to make it fresh. I was willing to wait if they will make fresh for me but the girl at the windows refused to make fresh for me I asked why cant you make fresh are you operating in Afghanistan. She called her manager Shannon who was more rude and unfriendly than the girl He said they are 7 minutes being cooked I cant make fresh you either buy this or wait for 1 hour. Worst management, poor customer service in a extreme unprofessional way kfc in Australia has no comparison with Mcdonalds in any way.

Worst kfc shop I've been too. Ordered $40 worth of food and most of the chips and popcorn chicken came out half full, the sliders were stone hard and stale, and was missing all our dipping sauces.never again

Its an alright KFC as I work at one staff seam nice and friendly order was slow but it was a busy time

Mega corps gone wild, KFC Werribee Plaza, is a sad excuss for a restaurant, not much better then there sister location located no more then 300m away, you would think that with a direct competitor KFC that close one would have decent service, WRONG.food court food isn't held in high esteem by many, and this is why.don't bother, go get and cook your own chicken, save yourself the disappointed wait.

What a pack of low-life scum - wouldn't give an old, dehydrated lady a glass of water. Came up with some bull**** excuse about not have a liquor licence. WTFFF

What a joke! Waited 12 minutes for a go bucket for my daughter and they still messed it up by giving 2 nuggets instead of 3! They really need to work on this place.

Always out of chicken.is kfc should hold the record for the slowest fastfood place in Melbourne.
