KFC Werribee Plaza

Drumsticks were soggy and its waste of money for them. Even have to wait for 25…30 minutes for my order to prepare… Its worst experience at KFC. Management need attention.

Extremely bad food, dont ever go here, the chips were soggy and burnt and the burger chicken was barely cooked and the worst of it all, i got food poisoning, I vomited at the end of the night. I'm Traumatized.

Review for my visit, during last Sunday: ordered a few Pepsi cans, excellent service and they put them in a bag for me, so kind? Awesome? Very clean inside also and at counter, spotless

Food was cold, chicken was dry, chips barely had seasoning. The potato and gravy felt like the potato undercooked. The wet wipe was just a folded up dry piece of paper

I got a original twister combo and had to wait 15 minutes even though it wasn’t busy at all bad service and diya is rude and the manager Sam was also very rude and mean

There is a note on the self-serve machines that say to show you gave a review (after placing your order, scan the QR code, etc) and you get a free 600ml drink. I showed the guy my fist bump and everything, and he had no idea what I was talking about. Definitely not his fault, management need to communicate with their servers and cashiers to make sure that there isn't any confusion. Food was great, service was otherwise fast and friendly.

Terrible service and extremely long wsit time just to pack the ready stuff on the hot rack.
Save your time and go somewhere better.

Arrogant staff, kiosk don’t work and least bothered to take orders at the front till. You need to be prepared to wait for very very long time as the customers order on kiosks and it’s very slow.

The food was not pleasant I got 2 hairs in my food one in the burger itself and fries the salt was wayyy to much even though we asked for no salt on the fries. But putting aside the the salt the hair in food is disgusting I feel though it is common sense to have hair up or aside when handling food.

I should have given you zero star for the rubbish on the floor everything. Well maintained standards by KFC Werribee and knock to council also. The toilets are disgusting.

I never had the chicken cooked, always cold as well

Every other KFC was good. NEVER TRY THIS ONE AGAIN

Sitting here eating dried up chicken is not exactly what I paid for - if the staff had listened and enjoyed their jobs they might care about what they serve the customers that in fact pay their WAGES! 2 girls on the drive through tonight were rude, even had an eye roll because I asked for my drink I purchased. Received a chicken wing when I requested not to get one in the 3 piece feed.
KFC you really need to work on these young kids customer skills badly - teach them customers aren't an inconvenience.

The girl serving tonight with the fake eyelashes needs to get a different job that’s not customer service. Got my order wrong then when I asked for it to be rectified she got all defensive (after giving her mates free food at the counter before even attending to other paying customers)
The chicken was dry and disgusting too. They don’t even have half of their menu available at 830 pm
Worst kfc I’ve ever been to.

Mate of mine ordered a frozen coke and the girl who served him made the drink straight away. Same girl served me and i ordered a water and orange juice. Waited 10 minutes before walking out, shouldnt have to wait 10 minutes for something that takes no effort. How hard is it to turn around, open the fridge and put 2 bottles on the counter? Very disappointing as their were 3 girls behind the counter.

They can't even follow a simple instructions of can I have a drumstick but they gave me a wing. Go back to school and learn how to understand English

Ordered 15 pieces of hot and spicy chicken. Received a box of 15 pieces of original recipe breasts. Couldn't even exchange it because we didn't receive a receipt. Very disappointed.

Possibly the worst kfc we have been to. Every time we go there they stuff our order up.either forget things or the chicken isn't cooked properly. We now drive further to avoid this dump. Manager should be sacked
