My local! Usually pretty good with the chicken - some days the quality is a bit subpar. Nice staff.

Ordered today. 39 bucks of kfc. But waste at least35 bucks chicken. NO TASTE AT ALL. ALL OF CHICKENS. 3 times. Will not come to this store anymore. Absolute waste. Order 4305.30/08.

It's COVID-19 and I was asked "dine on or takeway? ". Really? Plus the staff don't wear gloves and their hands are making contact with food. Seriously.

They shut before 745pm! I came in the afternoon to find out what time they shut today. I was told 8pm. It's either the staffs are lazy or the Manager also don't know follow the operating hours. Disappointed! Really hope that the HQ will look at the reviews.

They forgot items in our delivery and no one would answer the phone when we called REPEATEDLY to fix the issue. So, they just took our money, didn't give us the goods and won't talk to us to fix it.

Nunawading KFC is 100% better than these guys.

Usual KFC. Good service and pretty girl with nice smile serving makes it better in these lockdown times

The staff could have been a little more cheerful! Chicken was a bit too oily, but the chips were great

Best KFC I've ever been to. Manager is a total boss, super chill and friendly.food is good stuff.

The nicest Zinger burger I've had ever. And I've had a few from a lot of different KFCs. It had plenty of Mayo and chicken that hadn't been sitting in a bain Marie for 30 minutes. Fast, efficient service.

The chips are well under cooked and chicken is just heated not crispy not happy give me back the staff I got last time

This is second time i bought food from this store the food quality is awful the food is not fresh at all

Great location and plenty of parking. However, wasn't happy with customer service and cleanliness.

Worst service I have ever experienced.
The crew has no idea what they have to do I have ordered 10 nuggets from drive trough it took 35 mins waiting time then I had to go in to take my order. Those kids in their seems training in the shop with few customers poor service

Nice setup, ample room, burgers very nice, custom request happily, efficient team members. (As a side and not claiming it was from here, I had nausea within 3 hours which lasted for 5 or so, may be unrelated and I've got a strong stomach, but interested to see if anyone else has had food poisoning from here lately?)

Possibly the worst KFC I have ever had! Sooooo dry and old. Tasted like an old boot! More like Kentucky buffalo than chicken. Will not be back

Good service but need to check make sure they do not left anything out. Didn't get my sauce to go with nuggets.

They need to learn how to count. These guys put 4 pieces in my 5 piece pack. Otherwise no problems. Food was good and the store was clean.

Horrible service, lazy staff! Say that they are out if chicken at 10.10pm when they close 11pm that night, unacceptable, lost a customer.

Burgers have shrunk to the size of a slider. Service good, restuarant grotty and water dripping in buckets.
