Why is so hard for the staff to put the spoon in the bag? Are we supposed to eat the mashed potato with bare hands?

Pretty much just a mid-tier KFC store. After my third visit I can now say they sually don’t match their batch cooking with sales stats, meaning they will cook more chips, chicken etc than they need at peak hour, so you’ll end up with relatively cold/soggy chips or dry chicken.
Avoid this store in my opinion.

I just want fresh KFC man, c’mon: (

Went through the drive through late at night and was served over the speaker by Vince who was pleasantly enthusiastic and professional while placing my order. He then informed me of a delay to an item on my menu that I would have to park for. After waiting not very long at all, Vince jogged the order out to me and was extremely apologetic for a totally acceptable and short delay, especially for an order so late at night. Vince also ensured all the food as part of the order was fresh and hot for the wait. Fantastic service, would return to this location due to this experience alone

Terrible service. Definitely the slowest take away ever. It took more than 20 minutes for preparing, even though there are lots of staff there.

I made order by APP. I highly recommend customer check your items. Because every time come with missing items. Don't think you can call back to store because there is no one care and going to pick up you call. Take care yourself everyone.

Service was very fast and food was delicious. Service was also great lovely staff Dim served me and was excellent!

Paid $24.50 for 2 burger buns and hash browns loathed in sauce, chicken was completely raw in both tower burgers. Chips were ridiculously salty and inedible.

Popcorn chicken missing, valued at $6. Chicken wrap all wet and soft, which was supposed to be crispy.

Very poor no chicken ready had to wait 20 mins for it to cook. The chips were soggy inedible. Served by young school boys inexperienced. Wont return

Third time visiting this store and everytime I've had to wait for way longer than anyone should at a fast food outlet. The customer service here is atrocious! Wether it's waiting 25 minutes for 1 item because the staff are too busy talking about weekend hook ups and perving on other customers or waiting 20 minutes for chips in the waiting bay. Only to have to go inside (along with other waiting drive thru customers) and be ignored for a further 5 minutes. Turns out our orders were all just sitting there going cold, while walk in customers were receiving their food and leaving. I think the team there needs better management of customers service training.

Excellent service and great food deals! Management and staff are very friendly and I have to say we really love those sliders! Making the switch to KFC Vermont from now on. My mother and I really enjoyed your food last night. Cheers

This store used to be the best KFC franchise within 10km. And yeah. Truly past tense, used to be.

Young man - Flynn served me and is a credit to the organisation! Friendly, respectful and helpful. Well done young man in this sometimes remiss world.

Gloomy place and the staff are not customer-oriented. Its like they are only working just to work.

Serious cleanliness issue across all areas; Kitchen, dining area, restrooms, & staff attire. I cringed the whole time. Hope my food was safely and cleanly prepared. Would think twice before visiting this branch again, and other KFC branches in general. Not adding photos as the issue is evident for a any observer. Staff was nice after all so rating is specifically to hygiene routine.

Fries were not cooked properly, We made an online order customised because of the allergic needs but they didn’t bother to make it customised. Poor customer service.

SO disappointed, Iordered today online family meal and extra zingar sandwich and as usual the extra sandwich was missing (, Not a first time, it happened 3 times before). Called the store and was told: sorry for that we will send it to you during 30_60 minutes and Nothing happened. Bad customer service.

Thank you to Daniel for being so helpful and understand. We had a small mix up with our order and Daniel was very efficient with sorting it out for us.

It’s hard to come across consistency when getting fast food. This KFC is the best KFC I have ever been to. Consistently they provide quality products and fantastic customer service. Can’t go wrong with this venue. Keep up the fantastic work!
