54Worst service and customer kindness, plus wrong orders. These guys are terrible they ruined the franchise, I wish the boss and would actually care for their business and sort this out.
I am giving this place 4 stars only because they missed one of our orders but gave us extras.
Couple of reccomendations though KFC
1. Teach your staff to say hello
2. Please make your chicken recipe as how it was intended.
3. Always have at least one staff member cleaning on the floor.
4. Customer satisfaction and quality is how you get people coming back.

3 stars for amazing customer service from the kids working here, always so friendly even during busy periods. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the store seems retry poor, being that I have a high car I can see the floors through the drive through window it certainly doesn't make the food I just bought appetising but I lso feel for the saftey of the amazing staff.
Mediocre food and service, restaurant is always filthy. Staff definitely need proper training. 8 times out of 10 I've been unsatisfied.
A filthy place with horrendous customer service, the franchisee should be disgusted in the way this store is run and where is KFC's quality control? Stores like this damage the KFC brand. Avoid this store.
If your going through the drive through pls check your order, most of the time orders are wrong. Most of the time food is not fresh!
I'm giving a five star because there is a young girl that works there and she must be the best and fastest employee I've ever seen in a kfc. The food is well cooked as well.
Absolutely shocking service! Order 2 popcorn chicken go buckets and they come half empty. Avoid this KFC!
Will never go back!
Bought a family burger box on Saturday night. Had to go back and return as the food was literally cold, as if it was pulled out of the fridge. Spoke to Robin, went back and in exchange got another burger box and this time it was missing dressing. Absolutely nothing, just dry veggies, chicken in burger bun and wrap! Worst spent $27 of my life!
Very poor service.
Never pays attention for your order. Food is not be good. Always gets wrong food for the order. Restaurant is not clean.
Very bad customer service. The staff ignore you and let you wait to order while they chat with their friend.
This place is Lord of the flies. All the flies in Truganina eat, live, roam the kitchens regularly. Sadly, this kfc has really lovely staff.just seems to be a weird fly issue in the building.
Disgusting customer service, very very dirty toilets, dirty floor, dirty tables, and the staff always have dirty cloths.
KFC really dosent care about how to manage this place
Very very bad customer service all the time.the people who work here act like they are giving the food for free.sometimes the food is very bad and when we complain they don't give response.very poor management
