KFC Truganina

Love zinger burger. But the food mostly is cold on dinner time. Been there 3/4 times after 9pm. They served cold chips and popcorn chicken most of the times.

When ever I have buy food from this KFC it's getting worst food quality, raw chicken, hardly any salt on the chips, management is not checking on staff what the staff doing in the store. This store should be close permanently.

Only got 1 star because I got an apology after they let numerous cars through one side of the drive thru (after waiting patiently for about 10mins) and not taking orders from the other lane. I get my meal and find out theyve burnt fillets chicken to a crisp and literally inedible. Solid as a brick. The chips were hot but paying $12 for a box of chips! I will never support this store again. Go elsewhere. Not the first time this has happened. Im livid.

The food is always good but the service is awful. It takes too long to get served and then they frequently mess up the orders. Needs better management!

I was served by Mitchell or Michael through drive thru and his customer service is exceptional. He definitely deserves a pay rise for being so enthusiastic and helpful when I ordered a $60 a meal. Will definitely let friends and family know that this is the best KFC in the area and you all deserve recognition.

This KFC never delivers. All the staff are busy trying to look cool but not busy enough doing their actual jobs. Please spend more time paying attention to peoples orders so you can get them right every now and then.

I am always disappointed with the customer service. Taste is pretty much same and quality depends no the person who’s making it so not always good.

This this is considered acceptable by the management and staff? Burnt, dry and over cooked.most likely a day old. Never again from this store. Lift your game.total joke!

A little bit shambolic in trying to pick up an online order through the drive thru. Had to speak to 4 different people in the drive thru to get the correct order. Not really expecting a lot as the enterprise appears to be wholly run by teenagers but they need a better system in place to support the staff to ensure orders are provided correctly.

Been there on 5 accasions and on 4 got very low quantity. Half a go bucket.

They were doing loud construction type work in their resuraunt so im assuming it was very hard for the employees to hear anything - went though the drive thru - they couldn't hear my order properly as it was wrong. Only realised 5 minutes later driving away had to turn back go inside and the manager couldn't even hear what I was saying because of all the noise and they got the order wrong again! So annoyed and disappointed

The staff is really not concerned here to attend their customers. You keep standing at the counter and they are not even bothered to take order sometimes!

Quick and efficient. It was a large order however it was filled quickly and without any problems.

Their quality of food has declined a lot now, and consistently they've mixed up my order twice in a row which ended up me driving all the way back to pick up burger and our family meal was literally with half cold and hot items. And I know the reason of their declining quality is their untrained or internees based staff.

Of course wish there was a way to post a zero stars Absolute useless staff, food always wrong, staff have attitude and yes after posting this I will not return have given 3 chances now that’s enough would rather drive further than giving them money

Worst experience ever. We ordered twice in a row and never got the order right. First time they forgot to give the coleslaw which we ordered. Second time wanted drumsticks but got breast pieces. Due to our earlier experience we tried to match the food with our order and again saw the coleslaw is missing. After we mentioned this, they then gave the coleslaw. We couldn’t check the chicken pieces as it was inside the box. When we came home we saw they made this mistake. People check your order before going home. Food quality is also getting worse by the day. I am never coming back to this outlet.

Worst manager ever she was rude and would not offer me a refund when they did not have what I wanted. Would not ever go to this store other stores in the area are lovely but this is really bad and this is not the first time I got bad customer service from them especially a young lady manager.

Ordered a family feast. I went to dish out everyones food only to open it up hoping to see a mixture of pieces instead was given SEVEN pieces of ribs (wth), 1 wing and 2 breast pieces not only was that a let down, felt like they scooped up cups of oil and drizzled it all over the chicken.very very VERY OILY, the chips were cold too, popcorn chicken go bucket wasn't closed properly so it tipped in the bag. If only i could rate the store a big fat ZERO i would.and this isn't the first time this store has stuffed up my order. Very disappointing, train staff to DO and be BETTER!

I gave 2 stars for food because it was ok but a zero for customer service.
Rang the store with order at 2pm for a 5.30 pick up as we had a small family function.
Went through order again took our $67 THEN told us a 15 minute wait Manager forget.
