KFC Taylors Hill

Fries were very plain and nasty and original recipe burger was flavourless won't ever come here again first time coming here never again.

I drove thru today and ordered 2 zinger boxes the chips was old the chicken was dry very disappointed as i am a local and get my food here all the time

Really quick service for pick up and drove thru, they almost always get your order correct. Wouldnt recommend for delivery however especially with $9 fee

Asked if they sold ice cream (going through Drive through) and the girl replied “we are not Hungry jacks! ”
The girl taking the order is so miserable in that environment that she has forgotten the basic etiquette…

Wow just wow best kfc store in town
U come here at 9: 45pm however store closes at 10 pm ask for everything fresh they’ll serve you with that
Edit whatever with your food they’ll serve accurately and yes fresh for sure.

They don't add enough sauce on zinger stacker burger despite telling them from time to time, frustrated with this kfc, other kfcs do much better burgers! Now instead of enjoying my meal I am writing this review in frustration.

Whenever I place a somewhat big order, they’re always forgetting my sauces. Other than that, their service is decent.

I’m giving this location 3 stars because of how fresh the chicken is usually.

This is the home of inaccurate orders. You will end up with the wrong order more often than not. Expect to receive something that you didn’t order, and you will have no way to know what you paid for or didn’t.

It is almost impossible to receive any receipt, and then it’s from the customer before or after you. I have never had an accurate receipt upon request.

It’s always a guessing game and you’ll be surprised at what you’re eating tonight.but it will be fresh!

It was good, filled with teenagers who think they are all tough which is good fun to watch, the food was average compared to other KFC's but it wasn't that bad

We travel to this particular KFC due to the freshness of their chicken. It's KFC, so not exactly date night food, but the best KFC around!

We attended yesterday (Monday 22/03/21) just after lunch and the young girl operating the drive thru (jaymee) was so rude from the moment she took the order until payment was made.
No pleasantries, no smile, no eye contact, just attitude.
And the twisters which we usually order, the wrap tasted stale.
I'd never return to this store.

Placed an order on the KFC app, waited for delivery and then the store cancels the order an hour later but they've still taken my money. Now I'm told by the store that I have to apply for a refund. Do not order delivery from here.

Pretty standard although can get slow but it's KFC so you're not expecting 5 star quality food/ service anyway.

Just got home and knew I should have checked the bag. Only got 10 nuggets when I order 20 and no dinner rolls. So at least $10 out of pocket. Every time I go here they forget something. I also got no receipt, but when she read the order back both of the missing things were mentioned and it was $43.

Avoid this store if you drive a vehicle that is not fitted through their drive-through as the front counter is closed for whatever reasons. The drive-through sign states maximum heigh of 2.7M, my van ia 2.55M heigh and the sign hit the top of my Van. The store should have the measurement re-measured.

I know I shouldn't keep returning to KFC, but something about this KFC just speaks to me. The chicken here doesn't make me sick like the other places. The place seems cleaner inside and for some reason. The drive thru here is always faster moving.

The floor is very dirty the store is un hygenic they did not give me the chicken I ordered gave me less then I ordered missing food really

Missing items that have been paid for! When calling to complain no resolution happens. Nothing like one child watching everyone eat while im cooking my son a quick meal while my food goes cold!
